I agree with you. I think they chose Badvillain because it’s a little more “mainstream” but I’d like to think that this is the direction they will be headed.
@@thespianogeBecause coming from a small company standpoint trying to appeal to their domestic market, putting Hurricane as debut song will not be able to sell well and it's not appealing to the korean general public. People that said "This should be their debut song" usually are from outside of Korea. They do not understand the concept of different conservative and cultural society, what is acceptable to you does not means it is to them
I suggest you to watch their Hurricane Music Core performance. I know it's not the norm but reactors should start doing it now that Badvillain is here. It is very live which is insane given how high energy the choreo is.

Somin even popped up on Emma's insta live in the SWF period and I think it was last year Emma posted a story she spent her bday shopping with Somin. Also....hoe have you never seen Lord of the Rings?!?!?🤯 i love those movies. (Specialy 1st trilogy)
