This is amazing, a perfect example of L and Kira's cat and mouse game. :)

But with a very dangerous mouse.

But who's the cat and who's the mouse?

No no playing cat and cat predator x predator. Both dangerous, both cunning, both merciless, both skilled. It is a game of who is the stronger cat not predator and prey.

Eitri: Yes. That’s what Japanese means.

Sorry for the occasional weird cuts, this song has a lot of dialogue that I didn't have translations for and decided to cut out. It made the song over twice as long and most of us can't understand it, so it's not much of a loss.

To be honest, I’ve been looking for a full version with dialogs for a very long time. Since I didn’t find it, I decided to do it myself.... Thanks nevertheless.

@@jettdawe6553, with great pleasure, but... I wrote it on the sheet of paper with my hand and... lost it. All I remember is... "Is it possible to find information about the murdered criminals in the Japanese media?" My memory fails me, XD.

I absolutely love L here. I don't think I like Urai as much as I do the other Japanese Light (I forget his name).
    EDIT: ah, Kakizawa.

    Light sounds borderline insane

I mean…isn’t that kind of the point of the series? What Light does makes perfect [moral] sense to him, and he does what he thinks is right, and to stop L from ending his plans. But on the outside we see the way Light gets more and more warped as the series progresses. So does L.

That's the point of his character.

Personal curiosity, what ‘I’ pronoun does L use in the Japanese manga and anime? Here he uses 私 (watashi ) I kind of expected him to use something more formal, at least 私 (This time read as watakushi).

He uses Watashi in the original work too. It is true that Watakushi is more formal, but it is not used in ordinary conversations. It is usually used with the Emperor, with someone who covers a really high position in the society, or in official documents, business meetings, (sometimes with customers). So L uses a formal and we can say "respectful" language, even though he is just as arrogant as Light. XD
