That is Botox, not fillers, that’s why it’s injected on the sides. If it was filler it would give you volume on the sides.

The same way it makes your jaw more narrow, it paralyzes the nostril muscles and makes them appear more narrow.
It relaxes the muscles where it is injected..thus yielding a slimmer look

That’s Botox, nobody would inject fillers in the nostrils to give even more volume.
