Just watched All for Love for the first time. It was actually a really good way for the series to end. Perhaps the lack of certainty that it was the end helped lower expectations and took the pressure off the writers. Usually final episodes are a terrible anti climax!
He looks more like Tom Barnaby in the later yes, than at the beginning of the series.
I wonder why this wasn't publicised as the very last episode.
I thought the same. Maybe they thought a new series was in the pipeline at this point.
