People overlook how insane this Animenz arrangement is, both from a musicality and technicality standpoint. The way he weaves together, decorates, and innovates upon the soundtrack themes is unmatched. "Most advanced level of piano arrangement" indeed! I can't imagine what an endeavor recording this was, and have utmost respect for you pulling it off regardless of the understandable mistakes
This is the kinda piece for my younger self. Compared to when I was 17/18, my stamina is now halved in my 40s. For the recording, I played continuously for like 3-4 hours, got maybe 3-4 potential takes. Picked this one where the mistakes are not from more important spots. People have no idea how difficult it is to record this piece in full. I didn’t want to just record each part separately.
@@RichardYangPiano still tho, the voicing and accuracy and everything is amazing even if there might be some mistakes here and there, keep up the good work ✨😃
Wow. This is so magnificent I don't even know where to start. Like it's even amazing at 4:01 [like u mentioned in the description] that u can look up lmao. I would be sweating hard😅 good work!
This is what truly difficult looks like. Most pieces, if I spend enough time, I can eventually polish close to perfection. (You probably noticed I currently do quantity over quality). Part 3 (battle) is just way too difficult to polish. I normally do the finale much better. But I had to settle with a take where Part 3 was not completely messed up.
@RichardYangPiano for me ur quantity is my quality at best 😅. I'm too scared to see the sheets lol. But anyways, it's great that u tried its impossible to be perfect🎉
Great performance! I’m already listening the second time as I type. It’s a pleasure to listen and watch. This arrangement is amazing. The changes in difficulty and melodies throughout the song remind me of something Franz Listz would write. What would you say are the hardest parts?
4:01 was impossible. That’s the fastest octaves in a very not jump-friendly key I’ve ever attempted. And the LH run before that is probably the most awkward one I’ve ever played so far. And before that, the repeated notes, this was difficult only because the N1X keys are so heavy.
Oops!! I thought I was reading comment on Sasageyo released today. This took over a month. Maybe less than 2. This is extremely difficult. Some sections are more difficult than Unravel, but it’s not as difficult “throughout”. That’s why I ranked this behind Unravel on overall difficulty. If we consider the length of the piece, this was a nightmare to polish and get through the whole thing in one piece.
@@RichardYangPianoBtw, I want to know how to keep relax in a right way? I tried to relax but it turns out to lack of stress on some runs. Like I silenced some notes or even couldn’t press the key down and made it sound terrible.
@@lightbulbDDP Being relaxed and being soft are two different things. For example, try to play repeated octaves. If you’re using your wrist movement to play, you’re good. Use the other hand to feel your forearm. If it’s too stiff, you’re not relaxed. Because when you use your wrist for motion, your forearm should stay pretty loose.
This is the most difficult Animenz piece I’ve recorded on my Yamaha N1X.
Out of 5 parts, I wonder if anybody listened to more than 3.
I certainly did.
@@NACLGames first.
it just isnt right to not listen to the whole thing at least once
@@ViralCYT I like.

Insane performance. I was hooked till the end, well done!
Part 3 drove me insane. Have a couple of AoT’s next to balance things out. I have a feeling you aim to finish all of Animenz’s AoT.
Wow! Was looking forward for this one for a while. I love it! Amazing job! ❤. Added to my study music playlist. It looks so difficult! Bravo 🥳
With your progress, you will surpass me one day.
These pieces really require a lot of technical skills, as expected from Richard 👍✨
This is the kinda piece that makes me feel like a noob at piano. Crazy difficult.

Have you done Grand escape yet from Weathering from you?
Released for channel members. Haven’t had time to polish that piece for general release yet. But it’ll come.
Insane.
Hi Richard! How much time did this piece take for you?
Me personally I don't think it's too difficult but it's a little bit long.

@@RichardYangPiano I wanted to comment on the sasageyo song too!!! Hahaha this one is pretty difficult no doubt 😂
THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO ACHIEVE.
I haven’t even achieved. This was crazy difficult stuff.
