Too civilized for my taste. The main thing that is missing is quirkiness. The walls are too straight and smooth. There are no exposed hewn beams. Hidden A-frames on the top floor, if there were any. Too clean cut.
No offense mate, but you're probably not from the UK. Otherwise, you would know that this model's AGA cooker is electric and highly sought after by country style connoisseurs. And no other would fit into this kitchen better than this one.
@@StanOwden I'm not from UK indeed, but I was talking about the gas hob on the island. Sometimes I confuse hob/cooker/range etc... I also don't like this AGA cooker, I'm more into neat and modern
Personally I couldn't live without a gas hob - we have both induction as well as gas - for wok cooking. I get neat and modern - but this style of house an Aga is great. I would suggest if the house is a sleek 'white-washed/southern european villa/miami style modern place' - yes an aga would be out of place.

About AGA range, I think it's more about kitchen style, not the house. But yes it fits in this one but it looks vintage and I don't like !
Induction hobs are dangerous for those with pacemakers! Gas hobs for cooking every time.... especially if you do GENUINE stir fries in woks. AGAs are awful. Heat up the kitchen even in summer as most need to be kept running 24/7/365. What a waste of energy.
