He basically did a blemish removal. So he takes a simple from a good location and replaces the blemishes with that sample

What actually is frequency separation? Why do or when do use it?
A short answer is it's the softening of the skin. It makes the skin looks much smoother. If you ever see those headshot magazine covers you ever notice how great those models' skin look? Well, it's frequency separation that made the skin look that great. I generally use it on close up shots if the subject has a really rough skin. However, I never use it on children

your work is un questionably good, however, you are not showing it to others very well, going to fast, not saying where you are getting your actions. Why don't you start by giving a step by step tutorial from the ground up on your frequency separation technique
I'm going say your results are great but a lot of mumbling and not really a tutorial but more of a watch me video.
nice video but you talk more than u do, its like ur actions doesnt keep up with what ur saying, also it feels like for every action u do u over talk it too much creating confusion. just explain what ur gonna do with out the ifs and buts
