I don't like Lukashenko, but the current situation is better than war (plus Belarus is better than 85% of the world)...For the time being, I think He's playing his card right. The real problem in the Putinist regime who puts pressure on Belarus and every neighbouring country. Belarus started to open up in the last 5 years and developed its economy, unfortunately Russia is dragging them down with it.
If you mean at a pharmacy, then yes it seems many items there are available without prescription. If you mean the illegal kind then you may receive a considerable holiday for your efforts).
