You nailed it with some of these comics: Nice House, Stray Dogs, Bunny Mask, Robin, Nocterra, Radiant Black all great so far. I did not think I'd be crazy about Bunny Mask based on the cover. I knew nothing of the plot but boy was it good.
I love Something is Killing the Children. Bunny Mask and The Nice House on the Lake are on my pull list, and after I move across country next week I will have my books shipped to my new house and then I can finally read them. Literally all the other books you recommended are books I am interested in, but I just don’t have the budge to get, and Radiant Black sits at the top of that list.

Can’t agree more with this list. I read all of these books and they are all EXCELLENT. They are all the highlights of the week whenever they come out. Might to get some of them in trades as some individual issues have skyrocketed or hard to find but all great jumping on points and very well written.
i am loving way of x but im a nightcrawler fan and i love the contrast between that and the main xbook showing that kurt really isnt all in on some of the goings on in krakoa

I'm not saying this with a cynical tone. A lot of people want to do top 10 hottest books lists or top 10 books to spec on. That's fine, I consume that content. But I care more about READING so I love that you're recommending stuff.

@@ComicBookCorner2.0 I can tell. Yea the spec stuff is good and fine. But I like variety and I like to learn about characters along with value.
Solid list! Stray Dogs, Nightwing, and Nottingham are the only books that I pick up individual issues for because they’re awesome reads and I don’t want to wait for trades. The others sound solid and I peeked inside but will wait for trades.
Great list, haven't read them all, but thats the cool thing about comics, there is always great stories to hunt down and read! Slay on Spider-Slayer!

All awesome books and all that I am reading. Well done Mike, great comic minds think alike.
Super solid list for anyone new! All very well written combined with great art, start on any of his suggestions, you will not be disappointed. Stray Dogs is easily one of my picks for best comic of the year! Other newer stories i would recommenced would be Eve, Basilisk, Many Deaths of Laila Starr (amazing series!), Shadecraft, Silver Coin (great way to be introduced to various writers with the same artist), and Ultramega. All are more recent arcs and can pretty easily be picked up. I am technically still "new", i started reading comics right at the end of War of the Realms. A good tip for someone new to comics and story-lines and don't know where they want to start, i would suggest going digital first. It is much cheaper, less hassle, and issues are always available. That's how i started and now knowing what I like i am building my first comic collection :D

Great list Mike, reading most of these books. I agree that Stray Dogs is a great read. Need to pick up Nottingham and try it.
Hellboy & BPRD 1952-54 HC that came out last week is my recommendationto every one's long list.
Gotta agree with pretty much everything on that list except Wonder Girl, coz it's the only book on there that I haven't read yet, so can't give an opinion until then. Didn't read Robin or Nightwing until you recommended it a while back, but I recently managed to get copies and I have to admit, they're really fun reads! Looks like I'll have to check out Wonder Girl too, can't hurt to have another good thing to read :) Thanks for the recommendations!

Knightfall the entire omnibus is incredible
I would add to the list anything by Ram V - Catwoman, Swamp Thing, Laila Starr, These Savage Shores etc.

Some great choices here, Slayer. I'd add to it Avengers: Mech Strike. I've enjoyed this mini-series far more than I expected to. Cimmerian is great too (if one is into the original Howard version of the Conan character, which I am. Warning: This is for mature readers). Cates has written good Thor and Venom issues as well, though his run on Venom just ended.

Great 👌 list man!!! Joker I would have to say is a great one to recommend.It is one of my favorites and I agree it is better then the regular Batman series.I would say to be fair there all good though.I love my Batman and Detective Comics.Catwoman too is pretty good also...

Pretty much have all these titles. Just waiting for another print of #2 through #15 of something is killing the children.
For me I actually have issues six up until the current issue. I was actually late jumping on this series. However I do have the first trade in the second print of that first issue
Can you recommend comic shop near Auburndale, Fl? Do yo know any shops with 10% or more discount?
I honestly don't know any shops that don't give any more than 10% discount some might do a reward program. For instance my shop does a stamp card and when you fill up that stamp card you get $8 off of anything in the store and you can hold on to the stamp cards and pile them up.
