For those that are still trying to order your ring mold, make sure you have created an account with your c.c. on file. When you receive the email with date and time to place your order, you may only be able to get the items in your cart before they are sold out. Leave your ring molds in the cart and be ready for the next batch. Then you will be all set to just hit purchace while in your cart. Good luck

Steph! So awesome! I literally gasped out loud when I started watching this because you found a supplier, lol! (Dork alert!). Ever since watching Jamaison use his old Slumpy's version I have been searching for another supplier. THANK YOU for sharing the link, but also how to use it and the results. You're a doll, and your frit mix is quite beautiful! Love the results of both tests. Thank you! 💕

You need to go to their website and sign up for their email list! They annouce when they're putting the molds up for sale, they do between 25 and 50 at a time, and they sell fast right now! But they're looking to do sales every week, so demand's going to go from super high to more manageable in a hurry. Just sign up for email and you'll get 24 hours notice on all sales. I advise signing up for their site, and getting credit card info ready to go, and then loggin in 5 minutes before they go on sale, so everything is fresh right before the purchasing begins.

And yes! Smonkey is a nickname that was a from combination of cats (spooky, smokey, and monkey) and that is what happens when you let the 4 year old pick :)

If you shaped the open end of a teaspoon with a pair of pliers so it narrowed the end it would make filling the rings easier. Just saying 😊

What are you going to do with these glass rings?

    • @StephFuses

The ones I made I don't know. I do want to make a couple mobiles, and I'm thinking about taking the ones that are about 5", and putting a layer of glass in them, and then slumping them into bowls. and a few I want to fuse a pane of 2mm clear to the back of, and then make suncatchers with.

Can you send me ordering info?

Right now the molds aren't widely available, Glass and Stone is making as many as they can, but they're a small place. They release batches of about 100 at a time.
If you go to glassandstone.art/ and scroll to the bottom, you can sign up for their newsletter. They post about 24 hours in advance when they're going to be selling molds. I recommend also creating an account on the website and setting your address and billing info, so when you do get an option to buy, you add to cart, click check out, and you're done. They're selling out in about 2-3 minutes right now.
