The TV company. You’re right: dealers wouldn’t normally touch things in this state, the restoration eats up all the profit, and then some. Amazing piece if you can do it yourself, though.
Repurposing takes forever, talking 100s of hrs. Restoration doesn't take a huge amount of time. 1-2 days max. This is clearly for TV/to convey his skills.
