  • What does it mean to work together? On any given day at the Apprenticeshop, either on the boatshop floor or out on Rockland Harbor, you will find individuals working together toward common goals: to learn new skills in boatbuilding, sailing, and seamanship in a hands-on, collaborative way. This video was put together to show you a typical day at the Shop: our community in action!
The Apprenticeshop focuses on four distinct program areas that serve our local community and visitors from afar. These programs are:
➢ Traditional Wooden Boatbuilding and Seamanship
    ➢ Community Sailing
    ➢ Waterfront Services
➢ Small Craft Livery (coming in the summer of 2016)
Put simply, we are proud of what we do and we want you to be a continued part of our story. This year we served well over 400 participants in our programs and we are increasingly optimistic about our successes in the years to come. There are many ways for you to get involved and to show your support. Our mission of delivering meaningful, hands-on experience in wooden boatbuilding, sailing, and seamanship is made possible by all of us working together.
