Nice video. Beautiful day. Can't beat the Daysailer. We have a '71 DS II. I couldn't quite figure out how you did the pole shot. Must be a pretty light camera to hold it--and the pole--with an outstretched arm for those shots. Mind sharing the secret?
Hi Jon Love the video I love that part of the world, I live in Ontario an other great place. So I have ODay Daysailer II, and I'm wondering if you have issues with the cockpit drain. Do you have the standard one from ODay, when I got the boat last year it didn't have anything, just a nice hole in the boat, but I rigged something up that works OK, but I would like to have a proper system and self bailing if possible. Thanks if this gets to you. DAVE
It's a great little camera called a GoPro Hero 2. Check it out @ gopro.com. It's made to mount about anywhere.Comes with a waterproof case so it's safe on the boat. A simple 4ft. 3/4" dowl rod with some foam pipe insulation on it so it will float if it falls out of my hand. Whole rig only weighs about a pound. I love it.
