I came from TikTok and was only gonna watch a couple minutes. Ended up staying for the entire video. Crazy to think as a gun owner that you could be on trial and under house arrest for 5 years (or prison) all because someone decided to attack you unprovoked and forced you to either either defend yourself or possibly die

At both of the conceal carry classes that I’ve been to they recommend joining a gun owners group that will pay legal fees and represent you in cases like these. They say you will usually get sued (by their family) or end up like this man and go to trial if you ever have to use a gun to protect yourself.

You do some of the best interviews. Just the right amount of questions and let him talk for long amounts of time. It’s just such a perfect balance. It seems every time I’m thinking “what about” or “I wonder if”, you almost immediately ask the exact question I’m thinking. Was super enjoyable to listen to.

A GOOD lawyer makes all the difference. There's a local DA who likes making examples of certain people. It might cost more, well, a LOT more, to get the best attorney, but it's the difference between being forced to take a plea for something you are obviously innocent of, and getting it dismissed.

Wow…. Saw a clip of this from TikTok and had to hear the whole thing. What an incredible story, and you do a great job interviewing. Let the man tell his story and you ask the right questions at the right time. Glad to hear everything ended up being alright for him!

In the age of extremely short attention spans I have one thing to say. If u want someone’s undivided attention learn from this man right here.
PS- The conversation in jail that I overheard that kinda blew my mind was how everyone (besides me) were making plans for the next time they got brought to jail….

As a gun owner/carrier its scary knowing this could happen i have attorneys on retainer its a lawfirm they specialize in Self-defense cases you pay monthly and they will be there for you if you need them. No charge at all they pay bail everything if you need it. And represent you as well. I know i can't afford a attorney out of nowhere. If you carry check them out. Because in now way could i afford a attorney at all i have no family nothing. If you are the same get with Attorneys on retainer if you carry. They are better than the carry insurance companies.Because you are going straight to the attorneys. That's going to be represent you if you need them.
