Honestly, this is something that wasn't taught to me in physical therapy school. Lou breaks down the importance of the plantar flexors for propulsion in gait and also how new technology can shift our treatments usefulness and effectiveness.

We've heard similar sentiments from others, to paraphrase - "we didn't have a way to provide plantarflexion propulsion, so we weren't taught to incorporate it." Its an important subject, which makes talks like these particularly important.

I had a stroke and now MS. Would I be able to use this?
