    Thank you for this, Jackie ! It’s so important to know that we have to make the planners work for us, not the other way around. And planner peace is not a goal, but a journey. Love your system. 💕

    I couldn’t agree more with you here!! I have some strong opinions about the ideal behind “planner peace” I honestly believe that if sitting down to plan brings you peace then you have found planner peace. I have found some serious amount of overwhelm with some planners this year and I now just use which ever one makes me feel good at the time! Love that you made this video ❤️

    Thank you for this video! Thank you for reminding me that this is what makes me happy and that I should be mindful and careful on how I should dispose the extra things if ever I decide to stop. Take care always!

    I’m so glad you’re sharing this! One thing I’ve noticed about myself is that I tend to stress about my planners when I’m actually feeling frustrated about other things in life. Maybe work stress, toddler tantrums, things that I can’t plan my way through. The frustration at being stuck in an uncontrollable situation turns into planner chaos!

      Thank you so much for sharing your experience. This is so important. I feel the same way. When my planning/journaling hobby starts to become a problem and not a solution/pleasurable experience, I try to figure out what's actually causing this situation and it's usually something else. 🖤

      Yep, me too!! 😆 There are times that I can tell I'm more stressed than I thought I was when I - out of the blue - start to be too anxious about my planners, lol. 😂 I love that about me! So funny now that I know what it is! ❤️

    Here here - true that sometimes we stress ourselves out regarding the right lineup or how we should be journaling/planning. LOL we have to remember the point of it all!

    • @quoththecrow
      @quoththecrow  2 роки тому +1

      Exactly, Linda! I've been stressed about my lineup so many times before and it's so nice to remember why I started all of this, to begin with. 🖤

    I’m with you on letting them evolve I tried to use an a6 stalogy for a 5 year journal I quickly gave it up now it’s a nail art design/ idea book for when I get a client in that doesn’t know what to have on her nails. My hobonichi a6 is where I go to see what’s coming up in my life but lately I’ve missed my work only planner so I’ve ordered another jibun techo 😅 xx

      I love the idea of a nail art/design idea book! Your clients are so lucky! I usually always feel the need to have a separate work planner, because I love the ability to close it and not have unfinished work tasks judging me. 😅

    Thank you for sharing 😊 I'm more of a journal-girl than a planner-girl. I have two planners but they are both planners and journals/memory keeping journals to me. It's a hobby for me too. I don't work because of my health, so I haven't much to plan but I love using different planners and journals. I love stationary things. I have a take a note planner, which is my health planner and hobonichi weeks, which I do list and tracking of different things, like money spending and etc. I have a thinking of you planner too, but I use it as a journal not planner 😂 Love your different journals/planners 🥰

      Thank you so much for your kind message and for sharing how you use your planners/journals. It's such a nice hobby and I'm glad you found what works for you! Journals help me a lot and sometimes I need my planners for everything because I cannot count on my memory. 😅 Also, I wish you all the best and hope you are ok! 🖤

    Thanks for sharing this Jackie! This year I haven‘t been struggling with FOMO as much, because my system is totally compartmentalised and in many different books. I have to say I‘m feeling the itch to try the Cousin again but I want to stick to my current line-up. Like you, I only have one planner (Moomin weeks) and everything else is just a journal/tracker/memory keeper/however you want to call it. If I don‘t get around to filling it out, it‘s okay and I‘m trying to give myself some wiggle room and be less perfectionist about it. Great video as always 💌

      Thank you so much, Sarah! I feel like I'm making progress with FOMO as well and I'm proud of myself. In theory is so simple, right? I feel like the one thing bullet journaling helped me the most was controlling my perfectionism. All the imperfections together create something so beautiful at the end. For all the other times where they don't, there's always a sticker to cover everything up! 😅 🖤

    I was feeling a little bit bad this month since i didnt do anything in my bujo yet, but i started using my work planner and things were so chaotic that i didnt had the creative energy to think in a theme for the bujo yet, and if i dont feel inspired to do anything in my bujo i dont really force it, my bullet journal is for my organization, yes, but it is also my creative moment. I'm also loving using my planner so far. I might use the bujo still later on, and do some kind of memory keeping of what has happened but i'm trying not to be pressured to something all the time.

      Thank you for watching and always being kind to me, Gabs! I'm glad the video was helpful. I feel like sometimes we forget that it's ok to change things up and get back from where we left before, especially with our bullet journals, right? Whenever I stop pressuring myself, I get the best use of my planners and journals! 🖤

    So many "planner people" have multiple planners at a time or switch between using one or the other for various reasons....ALOT of people who are so organized and plan, seem to be soooo indecisive!! Lol it's such a strange phenomenon!

    i really want to buy a new planner to work with my hobo weeks but i feel like i dont have time to have multiple planners.... on the other hand i feel like my currently planner is confusing because i write everything on it so its gets too much different information toghetr.... maybe this says a lot about my mental process idk i'm feeling a bit lost trying to organize a new system...
