HERE WE GO! In this episode we continue along the SA coast. We stop in at Australia's biggest Windmill before finding an epic camp at Fowler's Bay. But we bit off more than we could chew! We got stuck for 8 hours on one track on our way to the Nullarbor! What an adventure! WHAT WAS YOUR FAVOURITE PART?? LET US KNOW BELOW!

This is the best trip you can get. anytime you get stuck, have to cut your way through a track with a good mate, get to see the beauty of the back country, that's a good adventure! good video guys!

Made me laugh when you were talking about opening up a pub on the Nullarbor! No so much the pub idea, but just the shit you talk about and the crazy ideas when you have nothing else to do on a road trip. Good times!

I knew what track that was before even watching the video haha we went on it a couple years ago, it sucks! We ended up getting lost and ended up in a farmers paddock then found our way back to a road. Its a very remote area out there, very remote. There is nobody out there and them tracks are really old.
Ya missed the best part out there.. mullaway fishing ... it's secret spot.. but it's just behind those Paddocks on the beaches

When I was a younger fella we used to do a coast to coast trip to see family each Christmas once in an old Valiant with no aircon, the road ain't changed much, it's one tough run.

Those sand dunes are incredible!
You are lucky, plenty of cars have got stuck and lost on those salt lakes. The locals will not help, and theres hardly any of them. They are sick of it. Ive had mates stuck there for days until it dries out. You can avoid all the salt lakes if you map out your trip before you go. It's swag country though, most of it is pointless with a caravan as you found out ;)

Might be worth doing a little research. You drove past one of the most iconic surf beaches in Australia near Penong - Cactus.
If you watched Stefan Fischer's video from a couple of months back - they got lost in the same spot west of Fowlers Bay where the tracks disappear. Why didn't you drive the old eyre highway instead of rushing through on the bitumen.
I thought the same thing about the comment of not taking the board off the roof, yet one of Australia's iconic surf beaches was "right there"
Better waves than cactus just near where they went bush!
I seen that dodge between Rockhampton and Gladstone central Queensland yesterday doing some k's in the old girl pretty cool

Wombats have a hard boney plate on their back. I reckon those bones were a predator like a fox, cat or dingo, that was a bit too cocky trying to get into the tunnel and the wombat has crushed it against the tunnel walls. Pretty hectic!

I really hope you tried for squid off fowlers jetty! By far the best fishing off a jetty in SA. Absolute donkeys of squid and shark galore! Delicious!

Next time in the area head inland and see some good spots like - Mt Wudinna (little Uluru) 2nd largest monolith in Australia; Polda Rock Recreation Reserve. Pildappa Rock in Minnipa (like wave rock), Murphy's Haystacks, Gawler Rangers - Organ Pipes and Kolay Mirica Falls. Also please one request with your videos, don't swear so the videos can be watched by all! Cheers.
Mt Augustus is the largest monolith in Australia , Western Australia , followed by Uluru .
@@2UZFE From what I have read en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_Augustus_(Western_Australia) it's different. I understand Mt Augustus is a monocline not a monolith. But I'm happy to be corrected, let me know what you have found out.

Nah they were just at the top of the hill just west of scotts beach where the rock pile was. Cactus is a fair way east of fowlers still.
