I really appreciate the conversation about the comic book convention scene. I agree I hate the whole comic con thing and what it’s become. I get that other people love it but it’s not my thing. Just love going to a show that’s about comics. I went to a comic con one year and they hardly had any comics. Wish I could make it to that comic book show!

Kelley Jones was a good Batman artist, I have to disagree with Glen.
Pretty sure everyone disagrees with him. It's the legendary nerd logic of "Oh, this cape wouldn't be practical in real life." Uh, NOTHING about Batman would be practical in real life. Comics aren't real life. Superhero art is not intended to be practical it's intended to be fantastical.
Almost all of his takes are wrong.
@@saintsataniko2116 It was interesting when I asked Kelley about that in our interview recently, always thought it was purely a stylistic choice on his part but apparently he does think of the way he draws him in real life... was a trip hearing explain it all, haha. Super nice guy and definitely left his mark on the character. Can't stand the breaking of the Batman era but I do love me some Kelley Jones art on the series, Red Rain is amazing too.

Totally nailed Kelley Jones on Batman, just horrible. Loved his Deadman but he messed up Batman.
Resident Alien is a very good show but absolutely loved all the comics. More crime noir detective in the comics and it worked.

Liefield was at his best on 80’s Hawk and Dove in my humble opinion.
First season of resident alien is great. Second season not so much.
