I have watched quite a few of these videos from Long McArthur. Always very informative. There is one complaint I have. These trucks are laden with options and packages. First, we go through standard features and safety which is great. But included are the packages, and after the halfway point I start losing track of everything. But, these are still the best walkarounds on utube. Another thing I wished they would do, is to clarify what issues these trucks had in the past and if Ford addressed those issues. One issue was the oil pans. One issue was the sunroofs coming off their tracks. There was also one report of the turbo timing gear causing issues. My assumption is all of this was addressed by Ford for 2019 or earlier.

I have watched several of his reviews. The best reviews on utube. Believe me, I have watched close to a hundred videos of this truck and the Raptor. This is the best review out there. And yes I wished he would at least start the truck. Cold, not warmed up first.
I just took delivery of my Limited, I have had a King Ranch, a Platinum, but, my limited is the finest vehicle I have ever owned. The guy in this video is great, he did a very good presentation.

As the owner of a 2017 lariat I wonder... it appears the seat bottoms still stretch out of shape as seen on this video and the truck is brand new. The seats never cooled worth crap, do they now? They used to get hotter in the cooler setting. Door opener with a 5ft range? Sunroof rattles? I do like my truck and feel it was the best one at the time, but the other 2 are catching up. Would kill for the ho version of my 3.5.
Is this new f150 have the factory problem with the drivetrains vibrations still or they fix it

You forgot to mention the Limited come standard with wheel liners. You can add a safe to the center console. The headliner is micro suede.

Are you referring to a camera being on the interior mirror? The 360 degree camera will show up on the 8" touchscreen in the center stack. The cameras are positioned under each exterior mirror, under the tailgate emblem, and under the front grill Ford emblem.

That is on my list of vehicles I need to do.
I'm curious if this truck's frame is as strong as the Raptor's frame. My understanding, the two frames are different. My understanding they added strength to the frame on the Raptor. This means off road, towing and hauling all work assisted by the frame of the truck. I am a Raptor buyer because the frame has been reinforced. Speed isn't what I am in the market for as much as I am interested in the truck handling real work for a long time without flexure slowly twisting the truck around a bit. But then, that's just my opinion of course.
The frame on the Raptor is the same as all of the trims. There isn't an upgrade to the frame itself. The upgrades are to the suspension, engine, and shocks to name a few.
Beautiful truck and nice video. I would never spend that much on a vehicle to advertise for the dealership! The dealership label under the F150 fender badge has to go! I hope that would be easily removable?
Yes they are easy to remove with no damage to the paint. Many of our customers are loyal to us and are proud to say they purchased their vehicle from us. We also understand having a clean vehicle with no extra badging so we do not have a problem removing it on any in stock units or not adding it to an ordered unit. Thank you.

My ford f150 kingrance with the 5.4 Triton v8 , engine went bad at 72,000. That turned me off of ford trucks.
Is the FX4 package available on limited F150? I have the F450 Limited with the FX4 .
Again, I would be paranoid to use this truck for some real work, let alone take it off road. It's a boulevard beauty.

Tow Mirrors and Heads Up Display are not available on the Limited trim.
Is it possible to get a 3.0 Diesel engine or is that only in the platinum series?
Diesel is available in the Lariat and above.

Seriously. Ford put the 3.5 hi output engine in the Limited but couldn't be bothered to create a new speedometer font that reads up to 140mph. My 2018 Raptor reads up to140mph. If I was wanting a new limited I would expect to see a speedometer that matches if not exceeds the Raptor given its a lighter truck with road going tires.
That's a pretty bad oversight in my opinion.
David Hobbs it’s limited to 107 mph like all truck by law so up to 140 is useless but yes it can easily make it there if you remove the limiter. Plus it has a digital as well.
Why no vented rear seats?
Ford doesn't have a vehicle line that has vented or cooled rear seats. Lincoln has it on 3 lines, Lincoln MKT, Lincoln Continental, Lincoln Navigator.
Vented seats dont seem to do much for me.
In ever year since I started driving cars trucks commercials ever year say more power I'm 39 years old we should be driving space shuttles now

Never understood low profile tires on a truck....I guess the gangsta mentality nowadays. Can't believe Ford doesn't offer standard blown-in bedliner. Remember when trucks didn't come with rear bumpers? You had to upgrade to get a rear bumper.

Check out the prices for any limited full-size truck. All of them are outrageous due to being crammed full of useless technology I don't even want.

I have an offer from a local dealer that has offered me this truck for less than MSRP and it comes with the spray-in. I have an offer of $58000 for new Platinum truck. It too comes with the spray liner. It too comes equipped with just about everything. I can't believe I am willing to drop $60k on a truck. There are times when a failing economy would help.Grin
for that price and v6 absolutely not! it should be the 5.0 with turbos or super charger for that price, or maybe the 7.3 godzilla
All of these driver assist and safety features will end in driverless cars. I will hate that. I don't want to ride, I want to drive. That is why I enjoy motorcycles. Every time a car does something a human should be doing it reduced the competency of the human. It won't be long before most people will no longer have the skill to drive..

Dodge truck is so much nicer, no one buys a truck this nice to actually do work. If you want a work truck, its better save some money and buy a used tundra

No way, I disagree, Ford has more variety when it comes to trucks hands down! Example: you’ve got The lariat, limited, Fx4, Fx2, Platinum, King Ranch, sport, Raptor, Harley Davidson, Roush, Shelby XL, XLT, STX… etc
actually my husband just bought the same limited as in this video and he is in construction and that's 6,days a week he loves it I love it as well as our sons do and it is a great truck worth every dollar and yes dodge is a very good truck also and we have had a few dodges also and im not gonna talk shitt,on the dodges but come on dude you gotta give credit when its,due and this new limited is a very nice truck .
price is not worth its value...this goes for most trucks these days
interior still is of lesser value too compared to quality interiors (the resolution on that infotainment monitor is laughable)
i personally dont mind paying 100k+ for porsches, benzes, etc but not for any ford truck at its current state
imo that limited badging on the hood is very tacky; so is that super ugly chrome plate on the tailgate lol
also that ugly frame dip in the driver and passenger side windows...like wtf... they say they did that so driver can have a clear view to the side rear view mirrors...they boast that this feature is "smart" engineering... now think about that... do ALL the other vehicles out there NOT have a clear view to the side rear view mirrors??
i think that privacy glass does not block uv or IR...if so, doesnt keep things cool as this guy claims.
the safety features dont justify the high price tag either
so where is the value that's driving that msrp???? perhaps it is manufacturing inefficiencies driving up prices? or perhaps straight up price inflation by padding this and that here and there to take advantage of truck buyers?

I love my truck and at the current time, there is no better vehicle on this planet. There is no European vehicle that can match its features, utility or reliability.
A Mercedes S550 with this trucks features would cost 100k+ and have a lot less interior space
redd7188 yes, i agree. but youre not understanding the principle here...the s550 would be more worth its price, and this ford is NOT worth its price. truck sellers r taking advantage of guys like david above who appreciates by default.
much higher quality engineering and craftsmanship in the 550. plus, the features would perform at a much higher level...for instance, lane keep and brake assist on a ford is at a lower standard...design and performance wise
