With 740 horsepower and the most dramatic looks you could imagine, the Aventador S has no issues easily exceeding 300km/h. This stunning car comes from Lamborghini Frankfurt and must be the true definition of a supercar, attracting more attention than you can imagine everywhere it goes. Is there anything that is more 'supercar' to you?
Having had a first outing in the Aventador S, this was a great opportunity to follow it up on some different roads and with an open Autobahn to explore. This particular car, finished in Blu Nila, is the demonstrator from Dörr Group Lamborghini Frankfurt, based at the Klassikstadt. A special thanks goes to David and the dealership for the opportunity to take it for a drive and film this video: / doerrgroup

This gearbox makes the car more dramatic, in my opinion. If they put a double clutch, it will lose some character

that front licence plate holder looks terrible and ruins everything...

In Italy the front plate is smaller than the rear one

These high-speed autobahn videos are the best things in a while. Obviously they could easily get stale if over used, but I think one every once in a while would be awesome.

I love how early on in the video you say the gearbox is rubbish. Yet later on you can't stop talking and smiling about the shifts. I think the gearbox does exactly what they wanted it to do. It's not meant to be smooth, it's meant to make you remember it! :D

Hey Shmee for me this was your most enjoyable video I've seen from you. May I suggest you let a superbike tag along with you next time just so we can get an idea of the lambos acceleration and top end

Thank u for using the autobahn, I missed it, because mostly folks get confused and land on a racetrack or an air plain field. Even the autobahn can be a messy place, but to the right time at the right route, the autobahn is an ultimate experience, for example going 150 mph for hours + hours in one stretch. Who needs a racetrack ?

Tbh I love Aventador’s single cluch transmission. I think all the sensation that you want to get from a supercar, smashing you back to your seat and making the exhaust to gurgle is all thanks to the SCT.

All you UA-camrs need to come to Vancouver next summer. Its crazy here. Just today I saw an Lt, a few 458s, couple of 488s, a few Aventadors including an SV. Numerous Phantoms including a fixed head coupe and two dropheads. Bentleys and Porsches galore.

Tim, when the Aventador had been launched, I knew it was something to shout about. I think,although I couldn't drive one, with this stylish enhanced version it's become more engaging and sporty to drive. Seeing you mashing the throttle in the autobahn and your smile at every acceleration are the real proof that this car is astonishing!! Sorry for asking this, but I've been wondering, would you be willing to buy more another Ferrari like the "812" or a Lamborghini like this one?
Police and other agencies must really enforce the front plates on cars in Europe as nobody would have them on their exotics in the USA. I've not had front plates on my cars in a long time and cops never stopped me. Another solid video, by the way.

The autobahn runs are brilliant. We get to really see the cars working hard at the top end. Not even on race tracks can u see 300kmh content 🖒🖒👌👌👌
