did you take the governor out?it seems to rev really high

2banjbob He is revving it with the top butterfly lever so it bypasses the governor. Though...it is possible he removed it.

depends on the shaft if it will fit the pump..... Lifan and Dirty Hand Tools makes a 3hp water pump now
