this was my first piece I learnt in gr 5 and it's now 52 years later and I still play it even played it at a funeral as the mourners walked into church. Now my son plays it planning to teach it to my grandson to carry on the tradition! My first piano teacher was Lappies Heunis. I think he is not with us any more maybe someone in South Africa knows?
