Date of divorce is 10th Nov. 2017
Date of next marriage is 1st Jan 2018.
Period of Iddat as per Muslim family law /Sharia based is 3 months or 90 days.
Now, with this, the date of marriage can be after 9th Feb 2018.
So, marriage before 9th Feb is considered illegal. Isn't it?
