    Hair oiling definitely works!!! It helped me to get my hair to waist length as well as thicken it up. Buuuuuttt I also think your straight hair looks great on you!!! It definitely gives you an edgier look!!

      What kind of hair oil did you use? And thank you, I wish I liked my straight hair

      @@evangelinemolly peppermint, rosemary, tea tree and lavender are what I primarily used. I mixed them with either coconut oil or castor oil (sometimes a little of both because castor oil is super thick) and I very lightly warmed them in a saucepan and then applied to my hair overnight. I did this religiously 2-3x a week. It works well if you put it in a reusable hair dying bottle with the pointed top. Makes it easy to get into your roots. I also only oiled my roots and then brushed it down to the mid shaft. Put a bonnet or hair cap on and sleep in it.

    I have a little trick for the tiny concealed areas near your blush💙 I just mix a little bit of the concealer and blush together on my hand and apply that with a pinpoint brush ✨. This was such a pretty one❣️❣️💙

    Also living that mermaid fantasy lately! Love this look, very fun. I have been playing with the new Pat McGrath Opalescent Orchid quad and someone in the building told me I looked like Ariel. Usually it’s only little girls and their moms who clock that, so I was tickled. I’ll take it! That wave wand is wild-I do hot rollers because I’m lazy. 😅 Thanks for this gorgeous mermaid realness! 🧜🏻‍♀️

    • @evangelinemolly
      @evangelinemolly  Місяць тому +1

      That palette is perfect for something like this! Are hot rollers easier? I’ve never used them but tbh I’m lazy with my hair and would love anything that makes it easier

    • @MaryintheCLE
      @MaryintheCLE Місяць тому

      @@evangelinemolly Hot rollers are SO EASY. Just heat ‘em up, roll up sections of the hair, then take them out, finger comb the curls, et voila-couldn’t be easier! The plastic rollers are what you want, not the velvet, and only use the largest ones for fuller curls that become beautiful waves. I always get compliments when I hot roller my hair, and it makes my thick, coarse hair look healthy and shiny. Definitely give them a whirl, you’ll save so much time! I end up using my main and travel rollers so I can just use the largest rollers in each and that covers my whole head of hair-the smaller rollers are useless to me. Good luck and happy hot rolling!! 💗

    I have fine, curly hair. After it grows to a certain point it basically starts disintegrating, lol. Hair length is genetic. I do use rosemary and light Jamaican black castor oil on my scalp, but it really only helps with density and overall scalp health.
    Edit: I forgot- Silk pillows! It helps to prevent hair breakage.

    • @evangelinemolly
      @evangelinemolly  Місяць тому +1

      The thing that’s most impacted my hair (Which is ridiculously long) is when I started brushing it every night with a boar and nylon mixed bristle brush. It keeps me from having to wash it too often, and it’s very bouncy and shiny.
