Genius? Talent. Blueprint? Doubt it. Blueprint is in his mind. He learned this through hard work and some creativity, abstraction thinking. When rain falling from the sky they simply don't film.

Termite nests have good composition of clay, he also bakes some calcium rock and mixes it all up to make homemade cement so the water from the pool doesnt filter through the ground
