I would like to taste solein 😋
Why is it being marketed as some niche fancy gourmet food ingredient. It's completely beside the point of the innovation of this product.
Ideally solein is supposed to substitute traditional sources of protein, while being cheaper and more eco friendly.
Show us videos of cooking/baking every day things like bread, pasta, tortillas, cookies, muffins etc. and then start selling the powder in
10 kilo sacks so normal people can buy it. If solein is only used in gourmet kitchen it doesn't serve a purpose....

The trick really might be the need for eyes and ears, cause, FAQ- Here in the US I'd like to see us boosting the company massively to get some more production plants of that around the world.

@@shakacien A simple way could be to partner with beyond meat, impossible burger or soylent. Heck maybe even McDonalds... "nuggets grown out of thin air" would be kinda cool.
