Now what mesh of pepper are your using? I tend to prefer the #18 mesh pepper, it’s got that nice balance between crunch and that vibrant fresh pepper flavor. I mean of course fresh ground is best, but when it comes to pre ground what’s yours preference?
Do grilled brisket tacos (the best) 1.) Slice raw brisket thin 2.) Season with season all or lawrys 3.) Grill on high heat (watch for flare up's because of high fat content) 4.) Using a clever chop meat (because of toughness) 5.) Serve on grilled corn tortilla (chopped onion, cilantro, lime, and salsa opcional) Creamy green salsa (most people think it has avocado but its a lie) 1.) Grill 5 jalapenos 2 serranos 2 cloves of garlic and a 1/4 onion 2.) Once charred blend everything together 3.) Crucial step slowly drizzle canola oil while blending to emulsify (if oil seperates stop and remove excess oil and reblend) 4.) Add salt to taste (even though it has a lot of peppers it is not a very spicy salsa. Really creamy in texture)

Since you are now an international BBQ mainstay, could you please have Morrison put the name of the specific cut of meat on screen in multiple languages, or in the first comments/video description? Roast is more common, but is the same, just a thicker cut. Both are also sold as 7-bone steak/roast. If you can find a thick cut of chuck roast just half it to make 2 steaks.

Pitmaster, what do you think about reverse sear vs traditional sear? Which one do you prefer and why? Not sure about this cut and neither was your dog. She barely bothered to start with the begging. When you cook better cuts the dog is almost on top of your plate or on the table. This time she barely ate what you hand fed her. And I think she only ate it out of pity.
So true. I use rump steak as it is called in the UK, holds up perfectly well with the golden trio of salt, black pepper and garlic powder reverse-seared. And bonus points if I manage to slice it in the right direction as I still haven't gotten the hang of the grain.
