We really need to normalize wigs and hair pieces. Hair is attractive regardless of whether or not it's real, and we should be free to do whatever we want without social repercussions. I have really long hair, and I really like long hair, and if I start balding at some point, or if I just simply want to shave my head, then I definitely want to get a wig or a hair system of some kind, because they just seem like a really cool form of self expression.

We normalize it in African American culture. I didn't find out until I was about 30 that every one of these black women I saw were wearing a wig. In the same women will laugh at a guy when he takes his hat off and has a bit of a receding hairline, I've seen it! So if I lose my hair and need to do something to cover it because I'm insecure why is that bad but if you're just too lazy and want to wear a wig because your hair looks like a spider's web that's okay? Everyone I know that would poke fun at someone for a bit of a receding hairline once it happened to them they were destroyed. No one knows what it feels like until it's you.
yep, i make my own crochet wigs out of thrift store ones that are too long/old.

Things such as 20 minute scalp massage per day, certain oils and powders eg lavender and collagen, correct hair washing and hydration and also micro needling have been proven independently and in conjunction to regrow certain types of hair loss without the need to use minoxidil.

Happened to me once. I was balding arleady but still looked good enough. We were outside having great time together and out of nowhere she looked at my hat that I was wearing the whole time and her whole deamenor changed because she literally forgot about the fact that hat could mean I hide my baldness so with a very serious face she asked me to take off my hat. I started laughing because I knew what she wanted to check I took off my hat and she was so relieved like something really horrible has avoided her and she said ok it's not bad😂😂😂 but literally 2 years later it would be over right there

The downside is they don't last that long, a few months then you have to buy a new one or so I'm told, which sounds very expensive to me I wish is was cheaper and lasted longer...

I will never understand the thing about toupees, nowadays for $3000 or $4000 you have a hair transplant, there will be people who think it is exaggeratedly expensive but in my opinion it is better than spending your whole life like this.

Looks great!! It honestly looks good when it's unkempt and kind of pushed forward, like when he was putting the headband on. Fits with your facial structure.
I hope you are in a winter weather.. The minimum swet and even with that tape will just fall. I prefer to use a tape to protect the wig and use a normal liquid glue, like the one to fix a broken plate. That is the only thing that supports swet, and also the wig does not receive the damage from the glue as then you remove the tape protector No irritation at all. I would of like to have a better front lace.

That all depends on the individual and what they prefer or how their hair system is responding to say, heat or sweat but someone might do a full rettachment every week.
How long do you keep it on at a time, before you have to take it off and do it over again? (adhesive, shave, and clean!!)
It really depends on the individual and factors such as how much they sweat but someone might do a full removal and reattachment once a week. Hair system tape or glue can hold for much longer than a week, however.

Is it true that after a week the quality fizzles out
The hair quality? That's not an issue with hair systems like ours. Of course, the quality of the appearance of the hair will drop over time (think, hair shedding or color fading) but you can take steps to help slow that down. We're talking weeks/months - not one week.

This hair system is actually made of three base materials so the thicker part you're referring to could be the fine mono center. It has a lace front, however. We'll actually always include product details in our video descriptions so be sure to them out.

Im a toupee user but the toupee i use to purchased its hair is jeep on falling everyday..in just a month after i bought it its almost bald..

It seems like you did not put the tape all around. How does the front lace sticks on front head😮
You can see a piece at the front at 00:06 but many don't use tape along the front as they prefer to use glue there instead.
@@Lordhair I am using one at the moment but with the tape, it looks like there is a linenthere so it doesn't look natural. I wish they did not cut the whole fromt oace it would have been better to stick the feint part with glue. I used to glue it down too but it damages the frontal hair while cleaning :/
Yes, glue can be messier when it comes to the clean-up. If a poly front would be better for you then please just get in touch with us and our team could make some recommendations.
@@Lordhair I just read about a poly vs lace article now as i had no idea. I read the strengths and weaknesses of both but loved the poly-lace combination base! However i am in Turkey and all hair replacement companies use lace, never heard any of them using the combination. That would have been amazing, a lace base but with a poly based frontal
