But, assuming I missed something, I'd say the shield would win. Momiji's blade is very likely just /said/ to be that sharp rather than having some sort of magic behind it.

Well, in technical terms, Cap's shield CAN be cut... However, because of the material it's made of, Vibranium, makes kinetic forces useless, makes anything from blades, to tank shells, worthless when it comes to hitting that shield. However, if her blade can indeed cut anything, then it may go through it, even though no force comes with the hit... It really is a toss-up.
