IF AOC was a 1st round pick last season, I think we would be happy with what we saw in the 2nd half of the season. Why should this be different bc he was picked in the 4th round? I think we have a better idea of GM's ceiling, so my hope is AOC starts.

General managers around the league were asked if Aiden came out last year they say he would be 1st round pick. Because he stayed another year it turned out to be a bad year for him with a coaching change and his brother died mid season. The numbers went down so he became a 4th round pick. That’s the only reason he was not a first round pick last year.

What I liked from the OL clips you were looking at Glaze’s hips look good for a guy that size.
Good team building is done in the trenches and securing skill roles and if you still need a QB, now you have a team that looks good and is practiced. Now you plug the QB in and continuity with the teak is ready.
Mayer and Bowers both have the potential to be top ten tight ends in this league.

Minshew doesn't have a deep ball. He can throw mid range and scramble.
Accuracy and arm strength is why O'Connell will be QB1 and having Minshew as a back up is not a bad thing.

Sanjit you have to do better parham was working as a guard and munford as a tackle 2 totally different blocks. Guard seals tackle get lb out of the way by any means necessary

Why have the Raiders not signed Renfrow? He’s not been claimed nor signed and would be great for special teams and WR when needed.

Renfro likes to freelance routes too often- this makes it hard on the QB to know when to throw the ball. Also fumbling issues and concussions
Bowers is a bigger and faster Renfro. Half of Bowers snaps will come from the slot. Meyers will also get lots of snaps from the slot

You are sadly Mistaken. Minshew can only run better than Aidan, that’s literally it. Aidan is more accurate, bigger, and can throw deeper than 45 yards, Minshew lacks a deep ball massively and in this type of offense you need someone that can make that 50+ yard throw. Minshew threw for 222 yards and 1TD. I’d hardly call that dismantling the defense. Don’t forget Jack Jones was not offsides when the Raiders blocked that FG.
