I grew up in Newcomerstown, Ohio watching Superhost, often with my cousins Gene and Marty, and have a lot of happy memories because of his show. I'm saddened to hear of his passing, but he surely has a special place in heaven because of the happiness and laughter he created. I hope you find your shoe, Marty. God bless you.
I lived in Columbus, but we had WUAB 43 on Cable, and two of their staples I watched religiously, Barnaby (Linn Sheldon) and Supe. What great memories.
That is crazy? I was just thinking about SuperHost. Many Saturdays with my best friend playing Atari, eating chips and pop, watching The Stooges, Little rascals and horror movies. I remember Caboose Soup was our favorite! Great memories!
This brings back a lot of childhood memories live in Columbus Ohio and would get wuab Cleveland Channel 43 used to watch Saturday's Three Stooges Godzilla movies things of that nature Good Times rest in peace superhost
I loved watching his show growing up in the 70s; Kids would send in all kinds of drawings and he would announce the different haunted houses in the area. I wish there was a resource for all the movie titles.
The best just simply the best a Saturday afternoon with a Godzilla movie...ya just cant top it and loved the artwork he would showcase as well to this day i still refer to the decision making personnel at work as" the great brains in the front office "sad to hear another piece of childhood has slipped away from us 😪
Watching monster movies Saturday morning laughing with super host eating ruffles potato chips and French onion dip, with my friend cheering on Godzilla to kick the shit out of Tokyo!! Good times !
