I went from WOW as you're on the stream approaching the cave, to WHOA as you're inside the cave, then another WOW at the scenery as you leave the cave. The scenery and setting is mind boggling. I can't imagine how hard it is to row those boats on open water then to maneuver that boat in the tight confined space inside the cave. Phong Nha next !?!??!? I'm so jealous. Talk about making your time in VN worthwhile. Take care guys and a big fat bloodless thumbs up for you.
@@SammyandTommy I was curious for the cave at 7 mins - how long do you need to bend over like that? Asking from a practicality stand point for back issues etc? Absolutely love your content - just found you guys today!
In 2001 I was on the cheap hop on hop off bus that goes from Hanoi to HCMC. Ninh Binh was the first stop after leaving Hanoi. The bus was 95% full and I was the only person to get off. The town was super quiet and I was the only foreign tourist. I couldn't believe how empty it was especially after seeing the crowds around Ha long Bay. Great video series of one of the most beautiful parts of Vietnam. Cheers and Happy Travels
Huge fan of yours. Genuinely lovely and respectful people. Love Tom’s parents. Great editing and content. I love how Sammy is willing to try anything. Most couples vlogging are so annoying. You do your homework as not to disrespect the people who live in the areas you visit. Sammy, diggin how your look changed in your newer vids; relaxed and more bohemian. Keep up the great work; maybe see you in Vietnam this April!
You know when your videos are good when local viewers love them too. Congrats. Sammy you could do voice-overs for documentaries in the future you know!👍🙏
Really cool adventures guys. You are doing Vietnam justice. I like the new slow travel approach to exploring a country. This is what we are currently doing in Peru. Keep it up, you're making excellent videos. Cheers!
Look so beautiful landscape and beautiful place Ninh Bình and so beautiful Peoples came to visit ❤️ 💕 Việt Nam ♥️ Việt Nam Thanks you for good Videos..
Great video, it's beautiful, and quite busy there, I enjoyed your drone segment as well. Thanks for sharing your boat tour and taking us along with you guys, I will visit this place for sure on my next Vietnam trip.
Another great boat tour, but I'm with you guys on the one you did prior being better because of the fact it was more quiet/serene/tranquil with less people. It's just you and nature vs hordes of people and noise. Thanks for sharing!
Once again what an amazing adventure you guys are having, the caves look absolutely incredible.. just seeing you guys enjoy the sheer beauty of what vietnam has to offer makes me smile, so glad you guys are enjoying my homeland, now I need to come back and explore it myself again 😊 😀
Thanks for your Vlog . Ninh Binh is so stunningly beautiful. Because of this video , me and my team ( local VietNamese ) has been to Ninh Bình for the first time
Hi a vietnamese here, i still remember my first ever trip to there. I remember almost getting a concussion due to not laying down flat enough 🥴 good times before covid lol

Hello there 👋🏻 First of all, congratulations on the amazing channel and on sharing your experiences. My husband and I will be in Vietnam in March and I have been researching about what not to miss. We were planning to do just a day trip from Hanoi to Trang An and Ninh Binh, but after watching your videos, I am considering spending the night in the area so we can explore a bit more the next morning and go back to Hanoi around lunchtime. If you would leave Hanoi in the morning to spend the day in the area, stay the night and have the morning of the following day available, what would be your recommended itinerary and where to spend the night? 🙂 The plan is to see and explore as much as possible, without repeating it too much. Your input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!! 😊 Ps - I am at awe of how chilled your family is traveling together. My family would have had 20 disagreements on camera 😂
I see you have visited one pagoda ( dedicated to Buddha and the Buddhist saints ) and 2 temples . The first one is Trinh Temple or Introduction Temple where you introduce yourself to the deity who is the guardian of the region , then the Tam Toa Thanh Mâu Temple dedicated to the three Mother Goddesses : Mâu Thuong Thiên ( the Mother Goddess of the sky ) , Mâu Thuong Ngan ( the Mother Goddess of the forests , mountains and hills ) and Mâu Thoai ( the Mother Goddess of the seas , rivers , and lakes ) .
Was it ok to fly the drone around the temples or there are 'officials' around to deter drone flight? Also, is it true that each boat needs minimum 4 passengers, so If there are only 2 of us and wanted the entire boat to ourselves, we have to buy 4 tickets instead.
almost always exciting your vietnam trip. but i ' m not very fan about your crossing under the mountain by boat inside very long cavesit s a little bit terryfing. thanks for sharing take care of you and father and mother they are so fearless.
As a Vietnamese person, I would rather recommend Mai Chau if you wanna roam around in a open world. With Ninh Binh, you are very limited to boat tours.

I just have 1 day for tour which one do you suggest- Halong Bay or Trang An or Tam Coc and Hoa Tour?
beautiful shots
Thanks John 👊

Great video !!!
Thank you 💜
☝️OUCH! (drone). Great idea to bring lunch!! Safe travels always!
Hope Tommy's finger will heal soon 😱
If you have to choose between trang an and tam coc which 1 would you choose
That’s a really tough one. Between the towns or boat rides?

Thanks for visiting!

Is like the 9th Wonder of the world.
Drone shoot allowed in vietnam?
Need permission or permit or registration?
Đẹp và thú vị quá
Nice place🤟👍
Yes it was! Thanks for being here 💜
if you would choose 1, which would be better Trang An or Tam Coc boat tour?
Oh wow, we liked both! The Trang An is longer, you go through more caves, and you see temples. If you're short on time I would do that one!
⭐⭐⭐⭐👍❤️
Yêu các bạn!
chúng tôi cũng yêu bạn
Hi bro is there any Christian people?❤️❤️❤️ Thanks bro 👍👍👍
please Vietsub
hey "banh mi" not "bahn mi "
It is not so peaceful with hundreds of people shouting around you while trying to enjoy nature. What a nightmare
why do foreigners love to use bahn mi instead of banh mi?
That’s why they call foreigner! Are you sure you can spelling correct American English or Bristish dude?
