INGREDIENTS
For dough
heat flour or all purpose flour(maida) 4 cups
salt half tbsp or to taste
water normal as required
for filling
Vegetables can be used according to your choice
Onions 01
Cabbage 1 cup
Potato 01
Carrot 01
Bell pepper 01
Oil 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp or to taste
red chili powder 1 tsp optional
black pepper 1 tsp
Eggs 3-4
Coriander fresh 1 tbsp chopped
For layering
Ghee 1 tbsp per paratha
flour for dusting
oil for frying

Barak Allahu Feek for sharing.. looks great but won't feel great after eating cuz of the excessive oil. What I don't like about parathas that if you don't cook them in excessive oil, they don't turnout well.
