- Check out these beautiful calfskin editions of the CSB Verse-By-Verse Bible from the Holman Handcrafted Collection by Holman Bibles.
I just started reading the CSB this past summer in a Cambridge CSB Diadem and am really impressed with this excellent translation. These Holman's are lovely Bibles, but I really prefer red letter editions. I'm hoping that Cambridge publishes a CSB Topaz in the near future. The Topaz is red letter and in a larger font.
@@guymontag349 I am a huge fan of my CSB Diadem. I’ve spoken with Cambridge and unfortunately there is no plan to expand the CSB line in the near future. I was also hoping for a CSB Topaz and/or a CSB Aquila Wide Margin, but no current plans.
@@Pastor_Grant_Finch This business decision by Cambridge both disappoints and surprises me; particularly since the CSB has become such a popular seller. But then again, they also discontinued publishing the NLT which is growing more popular every year. Perhaps Cambridge knows something we don't?
I was looking at this Bible earlier this week but I wish it was single column.
Which one do you think is better? The tan or the burgundy? Any difference in feel between them because they’re both beautiful and I’m having a hard time deciding!
@@sgav8r There is no difference in feel. If I had to pick between colors, I’d go with the burgundy.
Some people on the goatskin version claimed there was a weird chemical smell. Did you notice anything like that with the calfskin version?
@@bk24708 I have never noticed a chemical smell in the calfskin or the goatskin. I have several copies of both leathers.
@ thanks I had to ask. They are $93 on Amazon today.
