That stand near the trees that is some kind of garden workbench, mine is not working. I click on it and there is nothing in it to craft.

The windmill is a chembench like the fire jar. You get way more for way less. If you want just the fan off a windmill to go on one of your builds you need midevil build mod it has all the bells an whistles for that an more. Not the same as the one you have. It's newer released in the last few weeks. An looks a lot like the castle keeps build pieces but with more
