@@AnYTimeGaming After several control points on heroic with the guardians event activated and joining a few groups on heroic, I can verify this is the most satisfying build I tried so far so thanks again.
I run this same build but use blood sucker and the nemesis as my secondary weapon to kick off determined (a regular sniper with expertise works too). The bonus armor seems to last a while and vigilance is not needed if you have expertise on your gun. Love it. Enjoy your vids sir, keep it up.
I've run this build since breakpoint came out and deleted my previous diamond back build. I proc it at distance then go cqb and it slays. I have bloodsucker on the bp and 45% weapon handling iirc. Reloads are snappy.
used 3 zwiadowka armor ,Bpack and glove (bpack rolled as Bloodsucker) and other are same as your set up and its freaking OP minimum dmg 7-9M and maximum 23-25M per hit. weapons expertise lvl 10. Thanks for the GUIDE!
Hi AnYTime Gaming! Great video... again! I've putted something together, and I think it's amazing. SRS A1 (Determined) as a primary, then : NinjaBike backpack, 2 Breaking Point, 1 Hotshot, 1 Airaldi chest (Headhunter) and 1 Habsburg. 1 467 186 Weapon Damage, 261% Headshot Damage, 58% Weapon Handling, 115% MMR Damage Bonus. After the headshot kill, I'm doing between 20M and 30M in a body shot. 😊
Try the M1A classic instead of the diamondback with the one of the 3 scopes, you should be able to hit the 9.8 million or so damage treshold to one shot elites on legendary once you get your determined chain going.
I find it annoyingly difficult to get headshots in the Division in general because of the insanely jerky, twitchy and physically impossible movement of the NPCs. I often see one just teleporting a meter to the side into cover or change direction 90 degrees without any inertia. Also the projectile speed on sniper weapons is super slow. Add that stupid small delay when pulling the trigger and you'll find the target is suddenly not there anymore when the bullet arrives. I find the Diamondback therefor the much more reliable option.
The movement part I can understand, but unless the game is noticeably different between PC and console, bullets are basically hitscan. Only up to a certain distance your bullets will stop registering hits. No need to lead shots in this game like others (except you, stupid crossbow). When using Rifles and MMR it is VITAL to either land headshots or destroy weak points. You need to stagger bots with them so you can have precious time to keep them in place and align the kill shot. You won't stagger if your shot is not powerful enough, so mind your damage. Sorry, but sniping in this game takes patience, accuracy and a different playstyle from the rest of the guns. Learn the enemy movement patters and shoot when you can secure that shot. Determined+Chainkiller should make this easier. Otherwise stick to something else.
I’m finally glad I found someone who made a rifle build that one shots like my sr1 green set marksman build. Now my only question is that the 20mil might be overkill and if so why not put armor regen on the set with a few blues for survivability l if it can still one shot gonna have to run this and test it out…
Got a question, why not wear 3 piece set from gloves and not knee pads? You get 15% weapon handling on the set piece and as a bonus you get 30% Headshot Damage instead of 10% from the gloves. Changing the Kneepads to the Gloves Set to get the rifle damage but losing 10% rifle damage from the other set. Just a thought but im gonna try this out my way and give you some feedback if it feels good while i farm the pieces
Because if you try changing anything from what I have set up it will lose damage. Fox's Prayer is not only giving 10% Rifle and 10% Headshot damage but also 8% damage to target out of cover. Losing DTTOC is a huge lose in damage. So, If you change gloves to Gearset you lose 20% Rifle Damage and changing Kneepads to Rifle set to get 20% Rifle damage over 10% Rifle damage and 8% DTTOC from Fox's Prayer is also low damage. That 8% is amplified damage.
You can use it. It's going to be a little less damage but after new update this build is doing 2mil more damage now so it will balance that. You can try add belstone for AOK and Try the Z o.o. set for rifle damage. Any set that increase Rifle DMG and Headshot DMG paired with Ninja and add some AOK should net you similar damage and if you increase Weapon Expertise it will even do more :)
I used a build with Ninja Bike and one piece of Hotshot for extra HD and WH, for reanimation event, and got 300 SHD points in 7 days, I only can imagine it, with this new 5x Xp…
Why not use the Ninja bag with this build? You can than use the perfect headhunter for chest and I am using the picaro's for a bit more survivability and a stronger shield
It’s time to dust off my Diamondback rifle 😂 I recently just used your Rifle & Pistol combo build (1886 w/ Regulus). Will it work just as well with this build (w/o expertise on 1886) ?
@AnYTimeGaming Thanks for the reply, I meant, do the changes on the recent update change the way you construct this build? Is there a new and improved 1 shot build now? Cheers
@@kaieaves New balancing changes made the build stronger and as for Modifiers I don't use them so I don't know but it will increase damage even futher but probably will struggle to take out NPCs with damage resistance.
@AnYTimeGaming Awesome, of all the builds from all the youtubers, this one has always been my favourite. Just FYI for anyone who hasn't tried it yet aswell, I've noticed that with the requital enemy modifier that people are struggling with, if you kill the enemy in 1 shot you don't recieve any of the blowback damage even at mid range (or at least thats how its been for me). Making it incredibly useful for those annoying enemies 👍🏻
Rolling DTTOOC instead of HS damage on the 1886 would give even more damage, even DTA is better than HS damage on the rifle. I consistently do around 25m damage body shots now
@AnYTimeGaming 8:41, for example. When you are testing a build at the shooting range, the damage is displayed on the left side of the screen. How do you do that? I was curious because it would help me test builds I make.
If you mean by per shot it's more than 20mil as you can see in the video but if you mean by only Rifle Damage in my stats then it's I believe 85% or 95%(I think it's 85%).
@AnYTimeGaming yes, dmg in stats. I run a similar rifle build using ninja bag. Therefore, I have nice reload, stability, accuracy, swap spd and handling. I don't miss the backpack talent at all.
Yep I did encounter Rogues and I one shot one but the 2nd couldn't because the headhunter buff expired trying to locate the 2nd Rogue. After clearing a CP sometimes Rogues show up and if you have the Headhunter buff fully active then it will one shot :)
So i tried this and i have to say, it was just frustrating. As soon as the bullet will land on armored enemies, it is just weak and the worst part of it is when the game has only elites so build headshots from the ground is pain. The AI is just so epileptic with their movements and the poor handling of 1886 is awful. I think the most annoying part is the fact that the player needs to rush to keep the chain up which i cannot stand. I think UIC is still for me the best gun, nice damage, top notch accuracy and handling. Perfect Glass Cannon has also raw damage, no need to build anything. I can just shoot on sight like a no brainer.
Idk why no content creators don’t advocate for concussion for headshot builds especially while solo. Same dmg buff as vigi with way higher uptime. Edit: I do understand that you start the engagement weaker thus possibly allowing you stack headhunter faster/easier but I think concussion is overall just better just in case you drop headhunter.
@@OpenWrldHeadHunter I do prefer It on my MMR build but not for Rifle as you said the build up to the one shot is very important if you can't do that or face a bunch of elites without headhunter fully activated it's going to be a struggle.
@@AnYTimeGaming yeah I get it. With headhunter builds there’s so many ways you could run it but typically I always run dodge city. Dodge city will always give you almost max stacks of headhunter and concussion stats up the whole time. But yeah I feel where you’re coming from.

Good look landing a headshot there. If you think bot movement is janky, players are infinitely worse.
