    Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp
    Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
    Salt To Taste
    Water - 2 cups
    For Making the Homemade Masala:
    Fennel Seeds - 1 tbsp
    Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
    Black Peppercorns - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
    Green Cardamom - 2 nos
    Cloves - 3 nos
    Cinnamon Sticks - 1 inch
    Curry Leaves - 1 cup
    For making the Mutton Ghee Roast:
    Ghee - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
    Onion - 2 nos
    Cooked Mutton
    Homemade Masala Powder
    Salt to Taste
    Stock Cube - 1 no
    Butter - 1 tbsp
    Coriander Leaves - Handful
