I have my Moon in Ardra. Most of the things which Dr. Pai said were very accurate except that I do not have a fascination for exotic animals or any animals for that matter and i am very scared of snakes. I have seen snakes in my dreams when I was younger. Rest of the things are very true like being a female I do have lot of facial hair. Turbulence inside, have seen and been through a lot but eventually only spiritually helped me grow and come out of my problems. Shiva bhakt. Ardra people are favourite of Lord Shiva.
Dr Pai spoke about Buddha in the beginning. That part was brilliant. Hats off to Kapiel and Dr Pai for giving us such an awesome analysis.

A few years back when living in small cottage in the Australian bush, two pythons decided to come and live in the exterior awnings above my deck. After initial horror, I came to love them, called them Shiva and Shakti. We lived in total harmony. I loved them. They didn't frighten me and they didn't seem scared of me either. I have Mercury in Ardra in 8th house.
Mercury and rahu combined effect is seen Ashlesha nakshatra . Pythons cobras are higher form of snakes . Likes Nagas are bigger forms of sarpas. Ashlesha nakshatra is connected to Nagas. Ardra ascendant here. For research purposes, may I humbly share my experience:
Things that match:
- When my parents first brought me back home from the hospital right after I was born, there was a gecko on my bed, refusing to leave no matter how hard my dad tried to make it go away. Eventually, my dad gave in and left it alone, and the gecko left on its own terms.
- Grew up listening and reading about supernatural phenomena and stories about alien encounters and UFOs. Always believe in the existence of aliens
- Have always liked ancient history and archaeology
- Love exotic food and people from various cultures
- I know computer programming, though not particularly good at it, and I was trained as a scientist. However, unbeknown to my (former) scientific colleagues, I am also a spiritual healer
- I felt insecure and unloved, and had low self-esteem when I was a kid. It may also be related to my Sun being in the 12th house, so my self-esteem was hidden until I left home in my late-teens
- A lot of transformations in life, such as changing careers and moving across the oceans twice. Also tend to run into abnormal or dangerous events (I am trying to change my beliefs now so that I can stop attracting dangerous events), and people with unusual experiences and life stories
- I use a lot of names across the internet. Sometimes, when a new person asks me for my name, I may freeze because I don't know which one to give them LOL Even funnier is I am obsessed with this part of the lyrics of the famous opera song Nessun Dorma: "Ma il mio mistero è chiuso in me; il nome mio nessun saprà!" (But my secret is hidden within me; no one will know my name!). I don't even speak Italian (yet)!
- Skeptical of authorities. Used to have great relationship with my dad, but have huge disagreement with him on political issues these days
- I used to be a tomboy, but get more feminine as I age. I dress androgynously, and my energy fluctuates between feminine and neutral. However, I don't have facial hair.
- Like to say things that shock my friends -- those things are usually harmless, just may be a bit beyond the normal boundary of the society -- in an unexpected manner. My friends, who are open-minded, usually find me humorous
- Some people might find me weird, not in a negative way, just a bit of the "unusual" way. However, I think everyone may have some tendencies or interests that the society perceives as "weird", but maybe for the majority of people, they want to suppress and hide them as they want to fit into the box of the society???
Things that don't match:
- I don't like needles
- Not particularly interested in storms
- I was a calm baby. However, I cry easily as an adult
- Normal hair and style
- I like people, and I am not a loner. I have a small group of people that I get along well, but it is true that I need to have some personal time because I have a lot of stuffs that I want to learn and do, and they can only be done when I am alone
- I like urbans and cities, such as the medium-sized European cities. However, I don't like when they get overly big and over-crowded, such as New York
- Not a dog person

This is extraordinary! I now realise just how much Ardra has influenced my life. My moon is in Ardra. I've never had a fear of snakes. I've always thought they were very important animals. I write historical adventure fiction which strongly feature serpents as a method of time travel.
I'm also a very good shot. I used shoot when I was in the cadets. As an adult I can extinguish a lit candle with a shot.
Diamonds are my favourite gems.
My life has had so many ups and downs: I've always felt that I'm being tested to bring out my strength. I'm also very connected to the zodiac, the stars, as other realms.
I understand abandonment. I'm very honest, and have worked on my self esteem, it's now very high. I have a very strong will.
I've always said to many people that I'd like to be a Golden eagle.
I'm also known for mimicking people. I've had problems with my elder siblings too. Problems with the father: absolutely. I'm also VERY critical of the government.
I've always wanted to go hunting. I'd love to hunt wild boar, lol.

Dr Arjun Pai is spot on with regards to Ardra. I have Arda in my Lagna. I have a prominent Adam's apple and as he mentioned, and I CANNOT stand being in the city. It's way too chaotic for me. I actually live on the absolute outskirt of the city.

My god. I haven’t seen such a long video on UA-cam ever but this was an exception deservingly. Every detail was so beautifully explained, correlated with mythology, the devtas, practical experience.
The line ‘pain is inevitable, suffering is a choice’ honestly honestly made me take a pause and double take.
As you said these people have to go through the pain of the process to become a diamond, I was going through almost the most painful experience I’ve ever gone through.
It made me take my spiritual journey on the next level and honestly, this is the line that was a turning point for me. I listened to this on another astrologer’s video and liked it so much, I made a video on it.
And when you said this line, my god I can’t tell how happy I was. I was so happy to realise that I learnt this lesson at an early age.
The facial hair, sense of smell part all nail on the head. I love archery, I’ve always wanted to have a pet tiger.
And I’ve always always had people tell me that my intuition is always on point
And with this newfound knowledge, I’m going to expand into the spiritual horizon.
One thing that this painful experience taught me is gratitude. Now I’m grateful for all that I have atleast once a day. And honestly, it has made if not all, definitely a huge difference.

I’m sitting here after watching this video and I am completely amazed yet again at how accurate you both have been. I’ve watched numerous videos with the both of you, Ernst Wilhelm and Joni Patry and you accurately described who my father was in my birth chart, and how I grew up. The only difference is, my dad and I were close, he taught me how to hunt and fish work on cars, how to weld, and how to look out for others in need. He was the parent I needed to be born to, and he loved Texas and Arizona, lol. It’s hard when people don’t understand your heart because they don’t understand you or how you were raised and if you were neglected or mistreated. You even got the shamanism down. I have wounded healer in my chart also. Pressure makes diamonds. Thank you for sharing your wisdom.

ascendant in Ardra. I practice Ayurveda. when I started meditating I would see indigo orbs. orbs orbs everywhere. around me too. I took a pic of an orb. it was indigo and inside the orb was a panther like creature. its pretty cool. Am attracted to men of different ethnicity. You are correct about everything except the exotic animals. I detest zoo's they make me sad. Animals should not be caged. The Ardra rage rises from the core. It is a fearsome overwhelming experience, frightening. Only through meditation can it be controlled. and exercise. I am very athletic. Love love love the outdoors. ya'll are amazing. Dr Pai, amazingly analyzing Ardra nakshatra. True enough of the exotic animal eating part, yummy! You name it, I might have eaten it, except some insects, yuck!
When I was very young, I used to rear chicken of various species, some unknown to locals. I had a number of dogs in my life, living and sleeping with me, until i got married. Yes, the feeling of abandonment exist in my mind, although it wasn't in reality. Urban living wasn't scary to me, but nature environment does makes me calm and comfortable. I had a turbulent life in totality but not a fruitless one.
There is this conflict between "following the norms" and "creating the transformation" within me, which I believe one day I shall conquer this feeling and contribute to the human society in a positive and constructive way. By the way, my wife's nakshatra is Mrigashisha, a feel of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati in us. God bless you, Dr Pai.

phenomenal. dr.pai's knowledge astounds me. i have my moon in ardra. my inner life hasn't been the calmest, that's for sure. i always like watching the weather forecast somehow. always been a fan of nature and everything natural. i am suspicious of medicines and believe in natural healing. i have wanted to learn archery and sword fighting since some time now (hunting and sharp object). i like dogs. i can definitely come across as aloof and solitary. always stayed away from drugs because i realized my high tendency for addiction of things. throughout the early half of 2016, had dreams in which i was killing snakes. i am terribly afraid of insects though. i fully understand the idea of a diamond in the rough. terms like catharsis, emotional and spiritual cleansing fascinate me. i wonder if ardra people have anything to do with music? because music is essential for the survival of my spirit and soul. anyway, amazing work. thank you dr.pai for coming and thank you krs for hosting the video.
just to add to some more confirmations of how accurate all the insight about ardra is - i have very prominent eyebrows (unibrow) that are bushy. besides this i have a lot of hair all over my body, including facial hair and i refuse to wax (im a girl, socially it is expected of you) because i think it is fake and it feels like i'm taming my natural self somehow just to conform and soothe mainstream beauty standards. i also am very lazy in combing the hair on my head so i tie it up in a bun and it ends up knotted somehow. when i was younger, the idea of exotic african birds fascinated me as did the idea of magic mushrooms and weed, as a teenager. there is almost always some mention of nature in my writings and my heart aches for the kids in this generation due to how cut off they are from the natural environment around them that they cannot name the trees in their own locality or that i don't see curious faces of children in their windows when a koel sings. might be silly to some but feels heartbreaking to me. an ardra movie would be "into the wild"...i wonder if christopher mccandless had ardra in his chart.

Moon in Gemini (Ardra native)
I will take this opportunity to share with everyone what this wisdom unlocked. I am a multi-disciplinary artist here in Singapore and recently I got into arranging music and songwriting. I used a significant part of the poems that i wrote in my youth into the songs and sang. I did not have any formal training in any of the Art forms and I did everything instinctually. Even my lyrics did not make complete sense to me during the recording. It was a time of immense suffering and I recorded the track as I strongly believed that the process will heal me. After releasing the music, an intellectual process began, and I wanted to decode the lyrics and the music and try to make sense of my creation. And I made little progress on my own.
Now, it makes total sense. If I shared with you the music and the lyrics, you would be as startled as I am. Especially if you heard the whole music album that will be released later this year. So many words and references that Dr. Arjun Pai used, I have used in my music as a metaphor. I am shocked beyond words. My music was a means of self-discovery also, and now, I can look at all my songs critically and understand what my being is trying to tell me.

I'm grateful to know I'm doing right thing to have transformed. I have bhrigu bindu and Jupiter in Ardra in 8th house with 7th aspect of saturn, mars, venus in 2nd. I can relate so much with this. I have moon jupiter n ascendant in Ardra.... Its amazing how many connection's here... Thank you SO MUCH for doing this show you two... I have always felt and known that im so misunderstood... Ive often said and felt that i only wanted people to understand me... Ive always felt that im unwelcome by the people of this world... Ive never fit in any where not in my family or even my spiritual group... And i feel that i cannot conform to any boxed in kind of way... love this! In tropical astrology, the 8th has been usually given more of a past life symbolism. If you count from the 8th house (whole sign) you reach 11th house, like in the beginning of your comment about the 11th house.

My boyfriend was cheating on me and lying about it, vacation was awful, I was sick, and I finally broke up with my boyfriend and then had a complete emotional and physical breakdown. I wanted to die, but I lived to learn about astrology. I do take lots of psychiatric meds, but it's better than dying in pain and ignorance. Dr. Pai is a miracle worker.
