Mind-blowing info, Dr Pai! I have my moon and venus in mrigasira. I'm a features writer for a living; I'm attempting my first romance novel on the side. I have a VERY sharp sense of smell (both real and metaphorical). I always stick to the same route on my way to work and back; I don't even take my vehicle out if I don't already know the route well. I'm easily startled by sudden movements and I don't enjoy surprises. I'm a compulsive planner and prefer sticking to plans. I've always been like a mother to my younger sister. I HATE cosmetics, and the only make-up I wear is kajal, to accentuate my big and expressive eyes (especially when I'm going for interviews :D). I follow more western astrology but looking at your video it seems to me that the precetion of Vedic is very accurate.. it is like astrology chart would be the map of the world and we ask some where am I from?.. the western astrology with its large divisions of the sky will be able to tell us you are European or Asian or African, while vedic goes in detail and tell us you are Spanish Italian or Vietnamese or Nigerian... I also have the impression that vedic is more connected to the moon therefore to the soul instint emotion and espresion of material life while western looks more to the sun therefore the spirit the ideal aspiration missions of ones life.. Wonderfully insightful and visually enriching knowledge session about Mrigarshira Nakshatra by Dr. Arjun. One suggestion I would like to make here. Instead of picking Nakshatras at random, why don't we have a series of all 27 Nakshatras in sequence starting with Ashwini. A certain school of thought within the Jyotish community maintains and holds the view that the entire 1 month journey of the moon from Ashwini to Revati has a spiritual significance and I tend to intuitively agree with that view. Hence it makes it particularly insightful if you try and introspect on the energies of these 27 Nakshatras in a logical sequence, as opposed to just discussing specific Nakshatras out of sequence, which might end up not providing the kind of clarity, which was the intent in the first place. I hope both Kapil and Dr. Arjun take this suggestion in the right spirit and start with Ashwini as part of a 27 Nakkshatra series.

Like pretending to be someone else which is not revealed to the other person. Like an illusion... Impostors have this attribute. Very interesting as I was researching about mrigashira today and the reason was as uma parvati Shiva's consort and Himalayas daughter was born under mrigashira nakshatra and you are just talking about her, her nurturing quality as she is maata and Shiva is pita and the deer that ram chases was kasturi mrig its a deer that has peculiar smell of kasturi and two teeths like rabbit so I m interesting to know if the kasturi smell and the significance of this particular deer can give any new insight.
Dangerous....my son was not born out of wedlock, but born when almost marriage was breaking. Yes we do fight a looot, because I don't pay attention. I am always suspicious about him, too nosy. Incredible video. I have moon in this nakshatra. Brilliant illegitimate first child born out of wedlock sounds a lot like Leonardo da Vinci. I bet this nakshatra has something to do with it! Perhaps in birth mother or father. Also the Parvati showing shiva the mirror and the comparison of shiva to cernunnos was amazing. What Dr. Pai said about the eyes was too accurate! I wasn’t sure why even as a child I had this need or obsession for coloured contacts but now it makes sense I had this deep need to make my eyes more captivating. And I am not a person who alters their appearance too much (never had fake nails or fake hair dyed hair etc) nor do I dislike my brown eyes but when I put the coloured contacts on and I look at myself something about me changes. I related strongly to many of dr pai’s themes. Not all but most. A lot unexplainable things have been understood here for me.
After listening .. what really striked my mind was..." Thousand guilt persons can escape from the punishment but one innocent person must not be punished". Similarly the explanation given if doesn't match to even a single person who satisfies the given conditions ( ascendant , atmakaraka, sun , lord of 5th etc), then how well astrology can be believed.

Mind-blowing info, Dr Pai! I have my moon and venus in mrigasira. I'm a features writer for a living; I'm attempting my first romance novel on the side. I have a VERY sharp sense of smell (both real and metaphorical). I always stick to the same route on my way to work and back; I don't even take my vehicle out if I don't already know the route well. I'm easily startled by sudden movements and I don't enjoy surprises. I'm a compulsive planner and prefer sticking to plans. I've always been like a mother to my younger sister. I HATE cosmetics, and the only make-up I wear is kajal, to accentuate my big and expressive eyes (especially when I'm going for interviews :D). I follow more western astrology but looking at your video it seems to me that the precetion of Vedic is very accurate.. it is like astrology chart would be the map of the world and we ask some where am I from?.. the western astrology with its large divisions of the sky will be able to tell us you are European or Asian or African, while vedic goes in detail and tell us you are Spanish Italian or Vietnamese or Nigerian... I also have the impression that vedic is more connected to the moon therefore to the soul instint emotion and espresion of material life while western looks more to the sun therefore the spirit the ideal aspiration missions of ones life.. For this reason I have the impression vedic has a much more precise predictive power while western remain in the scope of one potential which are not always expressed...

Wonderfully insightful and visually enriching knowledge session about Mrigarshira Nakshatra by Dr. Arjun. One suggestion I would like to make here. Instead of picking Nakshatras at random, why don't we have a series of all 27 Nakshatras in sequence starting with Ashwini. A certain school of thought within the Jyotish community maintains and holds the view that the entire 1 month journey of the moon from Ashwini to Revati has a spiritual significance and I tend to intuitively agree with that view. Hence it makes it particularly insightful if you try and introspect on the energies of these 27 Nakshatras in a logical sequence, as opposed to just discussing specific Nakshatras out of sequence, which might end up not providing the kind of clarity, which was the intent in the first place. I hope both Kapil and Dr. Arjun take this suggestion in the right spirit and start with Ashwini as part of a 27 Nakkshatra series.

@Dr Arjun Pai: One of the attributes I have seen for Mrigashira Nksh - is just like the 'golden deer' the natives may want to be like someone else than themselves. Like pretending to be someone else which is not revealed to the other person. Like an illusion... Impostors have this attribute. This attribute is a point of attraction by the other person that the other person gets mesmerized or attracted to this native.

Wow! I have Mars Mrigashira 12th house in birth chart, but I was looking at my Karakamsa chart which puts Mars in my 5th house. I have an older son who is 24 now out of wedlock, he had learning disabilities growing up, but now he is on his own & has moved up in his job on his own. Very interesting as I was researching about mrigashira today and the reason was as uma parvati Shiva's consort and Himalayas daughter was born under mrigashira nakshatra and you are just talking about her, her nurturing quality as she is maata and Shiva is pita and the deer that ram chases was kasturi mrig its a deer that has peculiar smell of kasturi and two teeths like rabbit so I m interesting to know if the kasturi smell and the significance of this particular deer can give any new insight.

Dangerous....my son was not born out of wedlock, but born when almost marriage was breaking. Yes we do fight a looot, because I don't pay attention. I am always suspicious about him, too nosy. Our only child is very slow learner n writer , but he is getting scholar badges. We always fought over how to teach our son. Meditation helped me a lot to concentrate. What Dr. Pai said about the eyes was too accurate! I wasn’t sure why even as a child I had this need or obsession for coloured contacts but now it makes sense I had this deep need to make my eyes more captivating. And I am not a person who alters their appearance too much (never had fake nails or fake hair dyed hair etc) nor do I dislike my brown eyes but when I put the coloured contacts on and I look at myself something about me changes.
I related strongly to many of dr pai’s themes. Not all but most. A lot unexplainable things have been understood here for me.
After listening .. what really striked my mind was..." Thousand guilt persons can escape from the punishment but one innocent person must not be punished".
Similarly the explanation given if doesn't match to even a single person who satisfies the given conditions ( ascendant , atmakaraka, sun , lord of 5th etc), then how well astrology can be believed.
