Next time you guys go you should check out Disney springs! Huge outdoor shopping center with restaurants and little outdoor bars everywhere. They also have a poutine stand there but the poutine is more creative with different twists like yucca, guac, etc

I use to suffer a lot from bloating before my periods until I went to a naturopath dr and he told me not to drink iced drinks or cold foods. If u struggle doing this, do it at least a week before your period. I don’t bloat anymore : )

I just got back from Disney World too... and I took advantage of all the Disney app features. Lightning Lane, Genie+, Mobile ordering etc It made the visit so much more enjoyable. Also got a magic band, just cause

Toni, I used to be bloated all of the time. Until I cut dairy out! I mean don’t get me wrong I eat it when I go to a restaurant so maybe like once a week but wow cutting it out really made the biggest difference. I’m never bloated anymore.

Disney is so fun !! I haven’t been in so long I definitely need to go this year for sure. I am definitely on the hunt for those de/bloat vitamins and teas I suffer around that time of the month with bloating the most, FYI though if you don’t already know lots of salt in the diet especially during the time of the month can add to the bloat so maybe take a step back from the chips and pickles love as hard as I know it can be around the craving season lol
