Feel like I learn something every time I see someone take apart an engine. I like the wire on the chain trick. And the sound effect for the engine turning over. Thanks for the video!
Hey.... I know it's while ago..... But could ye tell me the size of the front tyres..... I have an ltz250..... And the front is 22.... They look quite big??????.... Cheers 👌
Take the head off and loosen all of the cylinder bolts then turn the crank bolt and tap the cylinder with a rubber mallet is what I'd try. The rest of the video is coming soon. Been a long project

MMM the old blue and white!
She definitely looks good
How are you supposed to turn over that motor like you did to tear it down, if the piston is seized? Did you ever finish?

Did you get it back together yet? My son's LT-Z250 needs to be torn down
Yes. I'm working on editing the video of me working on it. Thatll be out soon.. Its been a slow project for the past 6 months.
Where did you find the topend for sale ??? Or did you order one from the dealer?
I sold my scored cylinder for a good price too since there are only so many out there. Your best bet is to have yours replated.
always spin the ratchet for good luck
Exactly! It's part of the process.
