I have been using this music a lot lately for a multitude of different reasons, calming down after dealing with people being people, listening to go to sleep, listening during a workout, helping subside my anger issues, etc. throughout these few days I have noticed I have become a more calm and reasonable person especially when the moment calls for calm. I give my thanks to the uploader.

God I’ve made so many horrible choices. I’m scared of who I was when I was younger. I was a manipulator, an abuser, and just over all a monster. I’ve hurt so many people. I’ve spent every day for three years feeling so guilty I could puke. I’m terrified to follow my dream because my past might come back to haunt me. I want nothing more than to fix what I’ve done. I want to make excuses and say I was a hurt kid who lashed out in terrible ways but I know that doesn’t matter. I still made those choices, and there were plenty of people hurting worse than me who turned out a lot better. God I don’t know what to do anymore.
I understand you, I have made terrible mistakes too, mistakes I want to forget, I know what it feels like, to be terrified of your past.
Just like you I have hurt people, my friends and family for a long time and I am ashamed of that and the memories of my sins haunt me every night and every time I see the faces of the people I hurt.
Trust me brother, I understand you, I understand how you feel.
Over time I have changed, I have matured and I have become a better person, I also realized all the pain that I had caused, the guilt that I felt at that very moment was enormous as was the fear that I felt for the consequences of my actions.
Consumed by that vortex of negative feelings, I decided to take the first step on this long journey of redemption, I decided to seek God's light and on my knees, anguished, I begged for his forgiveness.
