Wow, another great one! That Boom Box loop is just so killer when it gets going. The simplicity of Mono Blue is really appealing, though I'm curious to see your Azorious build too, since that's what I started building in my mind as I watched this. MTG Goldfish also made a Jeskai version that made use of the new red artifact land exiler, which is worth a watch if you haven't seen it.Though I suspect your version may be more flexible and less glass-cannon than that one. Once again thanks for the great shout out in the description as well! Much appreciated!
31:10 You were too kind to destroy their Arenas for them here! Of course, you had them on the ropes either way, but if it's me I think I leave them, and let them helplessly die by their own cards in 2 turns.
Also, what is up with that third opponent's deck?!? What happens if they don't draw a Jace? They just sit there and die with Polukranos (et al) in hand in their mono blue deck???
Thanks for checking it out! I struggled against go wide decks with mono blue and the Azorius build had a few Soul Partitions and Unstable Glyphbridge to buy time without killing the Hawkers, but I’m really curious if High Noon or Aven Interrupter have a place in the deck. I’m gonna be honest about that mono black guy…him oopsing me really pissed me off so I took out the Arenas so I could kill more of his lands and let him soak in it. Also, I have no clue what Jace was doing but I imagine the other Mythics were wondering why Boom Box guy was running amok.
Awesome engine you've designed! I can't imagine having much fun playing once you've figured out the deck, especially if games are similar to the first in the series. I'd imagine the fun is mostly in the brewing instead of the playing?
Hey! Thanks for the question! I really appreciate it. To answer your question, it really is fun when you see a deck idea "do the thing", and its even more fun when you can win >50% of your ranked matches with it. That first game was one of the first I tried, so I was still figuring stuff out. As I refined the deck more and got more reps in the times were reduced...especially after adding Mirrex. I'm working on an Azorius build that's way more fun and is doing much better than this one so I hope to share that one soon. Worst case scenario I'll put it on my Aetherhub.
Just so many lines you took i didnt understand. Like, why not sac the Synthesizer at 11.30 to itself to draw instead of attacking with a 1/1? Feels a bit odd. Anyway, brilliant deck!
Good question. That was one of the first games I played with it so my brain was still processing things. I’m sure I missed many optimal lines. Thanks for the comment! I love the questions and feedback!
Truly, this is a deck of magic and gathering
Excelent brew. keep us posted on new iterations of the deck
Absolutely! Thanks for the comment. I really appreciate it

Sorry for the long games, but I had to grind through a few while I figured the deck out.
You are Living the Dream, I've Been trying to make Land Destruction with the Goblin fire bomb work for like 6 months...
I tried to make more work, but the Urn and Boom Box were just way more useful
@@thebigmammoo yeah I see that, kill 3 things for six mana with the BoomBox. Way better.
@@TOLDMTG I think a single one works in case you have a planeswalker giving you static

Amazing deck, so uncommon
Thank you so much! I appreciate the comment!
you might want to consider Scene of the Crime, which can draw and ramp with Duplicator.
Whoa! Good call out. I like it and it also works with Fomori Vault.
Been playing with the card today and it's really cool. It doesn't tap to draw a card so you can use it right away.
