What I think of while watching and listening is how well he speaks English, how generous he is with his responses, and, OMG why did he get a brain tumor and die so soon. He had so many plans for the future of his career, and he has been denied that and so have we, and his family and children as well. Sadness, great sadness! Just so thankful that he recorded so much and that we can listen to him whenever we want through his recordings. He was always generous with his voice and his talent.
Dima is such a great person, man, singer, he reaches so deep and so high. And he’s gone… let us remember this great, great soul that he is even now in heaven…🎉❤🕊️

Abri a pagina e fiz a inscricao e la encontrei varios videos, fotos e momentos lindos da vida dele. Se voce ainda nao faz parte dessa pagina, acredito que vai adorar ver partes de sua vida que nao temos acesso. Ele mesmo faz postagens. Bem interessante. Amo esse cantor e ouvi-lo para mim representa uma especie de oracao. Acredito que ele foi um Ser privilegiado por cativar tantas pessoas.

I don't know, something is a bit cringe-worthy or at least uncomfortable about this interview and my feeling is that it is coming from the interviewers. What is it? Anyway, it is nice to see Dima and hear his beautiful voice.
Because the interviewer seem to be strictly Opera/Classical music critics. Not professional journalists. You could hear their disdain about “so we hear you venture to “other” music” or something like that. Still, another precious hour that we get to listen to Hvorostovsky and his opinions

This was actually 2012. If you follow him closely you can see that this is his look that year from his concert in 2012.

Alexandra, gosto muito de Dima. Encontrei no Google " The Official Facebook fan page of Russian baritono Dmitri Hvorostovsky" . Abri a pagina e fiz a inscricao e la encontrei varios videos, fotos e momentos lindos da vida dele. Se voce ainda nao faz parte dessa pagina, acredito que vai adorar ver partes de sua vida que nao temos acesso. Ele mesmo faz postagens. Bem interessante. Amo esse cantor e ouvi-lo para mim representa uma especie de oracao. Acredito que ele foi um Ser privilegiado por cativar tantas pessoas.

I don't know, something is a bit cringe-worthy or at least uncomfortable about this interview and my feeling is that it is coming from the interviewers. What is it? Anyway, it is nice to see Dima and hear his beautiful voice.
Because the interviewer seem to be strictly Opera/Classical music critics. Not professional journalists. You could hear their disdain about “so we hear you venture to “other” music” or something like that. Still, another precious hour that we get to listen to Hvorostovsky and his opinions
Pop is more 'emotion' and the language of the street.
