This new build is insane for old time xerath players. We have like 3 items with their own extra damage procs, plus 20% extra damage for every single one of them. The procs alone can easily amount to 400 extra damage.

I've noticed every support mage is broken rn. across all elos.(EXCEPT for veigar, who is one of the best champs in the game across al lanes...except support and jungle ofc)
long story short: xerath's yet another ap support item abuser, who can opperate on low gold items.
