Hot Organic Trio was founded in 2004 by Yiannis Monos as an effort to introduce the Hammond organ Soul-Jazz sound to the Greek audience. Their repertoire includes Jazz, Soul, Funk & Blues standards and themes from the huge tank of the 50's, 60's and 70's era, combined with their own compositions. The trio has played almost every club in Greece and many festivals too.
