In the case of AMD - look for your motherboard's webpage. They should have drivers in the support section. In my case it was a GPIO driver, which was missing.
Intel has changed some of the technical parts of the driver install but with a little bit of trial and error I was able to figure it out THANKS TO YOU. Great video. I really appreciate it!
@@Ilaysf sorry I didn't respond. Something you may want to check, especially if your dealing with Dell PCs is that the drive is in AHCI and not Raid. Dell has started deploying their PCs set in raid for some reason.
I have followed all the steps and have loaded the driver as you said. It all looked the same and it loaded correctly. But once it had finished loading it would still only the show the other drivers and not allow me to continue. If anyone can help that would be great.

Hey guys, followed the steps and worked for me, and if your pc/laptop cannot access the hard drives to put the Intel rapid storage driver then put it on your pendrive and access it via pendrive, and select all the drivers to install, it worked for me quite well.

The software worked for me, and although I was not sure whether it would work for me, I found that I had an option in Bios for activating the intel rapid storage technology. Once I've activated it it worked fine! Many thanks again, and hopefully others will benefit from my finding as well.

@@potatoesislife6365 i got the solution.... Use Rufus 3.0 to burn the iso file. Just before you start instead of normal burning , click dd then start. The rest of the processes went smooth for me

Why download both 64 and 32 bit Intel rapid storage drivers? As of right now, there's only a zip download for 64 bit Edit: if you saw the edit from before, that was unrelated. But yeah the video did work for me since I have 64bit. I don't think it would do any harm to download an old version with 32 bit though

I thought I was pretty computer smart. But this helped me. Why is Windows even like this!?! I had to use a backplane USB 3 port, the front ports must have not had an available driver. Once you install with USB 3 media and port, you'll never go back!

@@torilessThe thing is this can also happen with DVD install. If you can't see the disk in diskpart then it's a case of missing storage driver (you can download it like in the 2nd fix). If the storage driver is fine then it could be a BIOS/optical drive firmware issue, try swapping the drive or using internal SATA if possible.

Thanks, good tips. In my case it way my successful attempt at recovering the other partitions on my USB HDD that the Media Creation Tool removed without further notice. Always use the stick/disk just as Microsoft prepares it, don't modify the partition table! (Or download an ISO and use Rufus or whatever loader to boot into it from a USB device.)

Neither worked for me. It looks like I may have had a bad ISO, because using different ISO worked like a charm. That will learn me to use recommended download channels

You need to get windows again from the website i think and delete the usbs contents
If you have second usb you can use it. To put drivers on.
