Dude, he's had those tattoos for a long time. Lil Wayne's tattoos are pretty fucking bad. A lot of the punk scene has been doing full body tattoos for longer than Lil Wayne's been alive. You think Lil Wayne's trying to be Lucky Diamond Rich? Don't know who Lucky is? Google him.
