      The amount of press these MCU actors do is unlike anything else for these films. It can be really taxing to a point, and you litterly see how some of them looked exhuasted in some of these interviews because of the press schedule and traveling. It wouldn't surprise me if Cooper worked it in his contract to limit MCU press probably for that reason, also so it doesn't conflict with his own film scheduling.

    • @scottb3034

      That is exactly what happened. He agreed to do it in exchange for no press touring.

    • @juliansenfr
      @juliansenfr 6 років тому +109

      He likes the character he likes his involvement in the MCU, he's just not into all the press and worldwide interviews the MCU actors have to do for the movies, so I think that's a clause in his contract.

    It's just two men that, while doing their job professionally of course, are genuinely sharing with each other and really taking advantage of the time they've got together. As an interviewer, that's when you really know you can _truly_ converse with one of these celebrities.
    Trust me, I enjoy watching all those celebrity talk "Late/Tonight" shows with Jimmy 1, Jimmy 2, James 1, James 2, CocoConan, and all that. The interviewer is lucky his guests are so gracious to talk about their old films. Many actors take it as something of an insult when all you do is ask about their older performances. Willem Dafoe kind of bashed Marc Maron for doing the same thing during their interview together.
