Yo the same thing happened to me last march and I texted Teeqo about how much he had helped me as well as how his videos gave me motivation to hit the gym. I stopped going in the gym around August but I’ll be back tomorrow. I recommend to not listen to sad music or something that is connected to memories, try to start a subscription in a gym and go out regularly with your friends, but also set goals for your future and have a balance with your work. And yeah sometimes we don’t feel like it and it’s okay to feel that way but don’t disappoint yourself. I’d be happy to hear from you man! Take care

I really hope i can get this message across to you teeqo. if you’re reading this THANK YOU, no matter how i get seen or thought of i want to take a little bit of time out of my day to thank you for you & your videos, especially your 2 last recent. this video gave me comfort because just as you mentioned your ankle sprain & not being able to run, squat, walk etc etc, it highlighted what i’m going thru today. i haven’t been able to run or walk without pain in over 2 months with tendinitis & plantar fasciitis on both of my feet. last year was my first full year in the gym & bettering myself, taking care of my body , eating greens & it saves your mental , it gives you a reason to be better , a reason to wake up & set new goals. just how everything can go good for you mental health, everything can go down as well & take a big toll. it’s been hard knowing your missing out on so much & missing the days you’re able to jump rope or run even walk without having to hold on to furniture around the house to get around. i truly don’t believe i’ve ever left a message or comment like this under any youtuber’s video but you deserve it. been such a huge fan of you since forever, for-sure ny house days. seeing you into legos & more important star wars lego’s just makes me smile because i’m into both as well. as this comment comes to an end i want to congratulate you for the success you’ve had prior until this point & for what the future has in store for you, great things happen to those who stay true to their heart & you’re one of them. i know a lot of your fans can agree with me & we can all come down to a conclusion that you’re one of the few if not the last to whom never changed & remained humble , on & off the camera. thank you teeqo.
